As Bubba has mentioned on this site draws and slices correlate more often to the lie angle more directly so you can play with the setting to make a flatter lie angle by adjusting to C-1 as a starting point.  As far as shaft weight, and I have the same problem with fast hands occaisionally, I would encourage you to test out the 75 gram shafts since this makes a huge difference to me!  Together these should help provide you with more consistency.  You can also add lead tape to the bottom of the head to raise the swing weight up a couple points which would also help as an after thought...
