Check you path relative to your ball position. For your irons it might be too far back so you it it on the down and out path causing the draw or a push if you don't close the face fast enough.
On the driver its probably to far ahead of your spine angle so you hit it on the up and in path. You can move the ball more center but then you might not get as much positive angle of attach. So what you might want to try is adding more tilt to your setup so the spine angle points more towards the ball. One thing you might notice is that your shoulders will start closing more as you slide your hip forward to increase that spine angle. You want that, because open shoulders at setup tend to cause a fade.

This is not uncommon. The driver, being the longest shafts in the bag, is the hardest to hit. As a quick fix, try choking up on your driver an inch and a half or two inches. This should help. I really would suguest that you see you local PGA professional to make sure your clubs are proper for your swing and to be sure your swing is solid.

You may also want to be checked to see if the shaft flex on your driver is correct. A shaft that is too stiff can often lead to a fade, especially considering that your swing is leading to a draw with your irons. Just a thought . . .
