Looking for a recommendation for a swing analyzer.  I've been reading a lot about the ZEPP, SkyPro, SwingByte, etc...

I know that these are purely add-ons to one in one instruction, and good practice habits...but I do like the idea of getting data feedback.

Anyone have experience with any of these (or others) with suggestions.

    Thanks!!!!!

I've got the Swingbyte and I'm amazed at the information it provides. I have somethin like 7-8,000 swing recorded over 2+ years. Its no Trackman but is not $40,000 either! The data isn't perfect but it is repeatable and that's all that matters for me. I find it invaluable for practicing inside in the wintertime. A bonus is its ability to be used for putting as well as full swings. Heck, I was using it last night in the basement for putting practice. Can't recommend it enough!

I recently got a skypro and find it very useful. It's extreemly easy to use and provides lots of useful swing data plus training modes. I'm not someone who likes to change my swing solely on data because I don't want to become a mechanical swinger and loose my feel. However, I do believe their are key fundamentals to keep in check. The hardest part of making a swing change is learning how it feels rather than how you think you are swinging. That's where I think this unit excels . The practice modes alert you to whether you make the correct motion or not. once you develop a feel for the change it becomes much easier to practice repetitions . Most recently I noticed my driver attack angle was 9 degrees up and I thought it was only 3-5. after some practice I got to the desired launch and later at the range it was apparent that I had increase my carry distance 5-10 yards. I definitely recommend this device as a useful training aid to fine tune your swing.

I have been debating picking something up, but can't decide either. I have my golfing man cave at home, with high ceilings. Perfect room for a guy that has all the free time in the world when it's dark outside....LOL
