Hi team, I need your help.
I have been concentrating on getting my back and hip better, a herniated disc has been plaguing me with back pain for years now.
But at the physiotherapist recommendation, I got an inversion table a couple of months ago and it has been life-changing.
I was down to the point that it would take all of my energy to get out of bed, and my lower back would hurt like hell as well as the burning sensation on my right leg. I could not stand for more than a few minutes due to excruciating pain.
Within the first two sessions, I was already feeling much better.
I still have pain, but t is so much less and manageable compared with I had before.
I have not taken a pain pill in over a month, and despite being sore at times, I feel like a million bucks now, much more energy and absolutely much happier.
I am starting to work on stretching and light yoga, so I can get some strength in my core. and lower back.
I have after many years of pain, got a handle on my bad back, things are improving and so far this year I have played more golf than the past 3 combined.
However I still got a stiff back and I am topping the ball a lot, especially on my irons.
Any practice tips to improve that aspect of my game?
I am aiming to get fitted for a new driver and AP1s later this summer, but want to get my game better prior to that trying to bring that triple-digit handicap down to a single digits.
Thank you in advance for all and any help you guys might be able to give me.
