  1. Hi. I switched from interlock to baseball grip for 3 years and felt tremendous improvement. But felt like the grip a bit too thin. Should I change all my iron grip into thicker type?

    Any advise? Thank you

Might be good. Suggest you do just one or one on a back-up club you can take to the range and hit for a while to see how you like it before you change out the full set.

Good idea. See how it goes with one of your clubs and then proceed from there. The only golfer I can remember on the tour who plays or played with a baseball grip was Bob Estes. Possibly Moe Norman.

I switched to a midsize grip a few years back and I will never go back! Love the way it feels. Give it a try!

Love my mid-size GolfPride MCC +4 with two wraps. Old man with big hands, takes out all the work. Love the feel. Overlap grip for me.

Does the whole grip feel too thin or just the bottom hand? My 13.5 and 16.5 have extra layers under the right hand only. The grip is no longer tapered, and I seem to hook the ball less now.

Perhaps one of the reduced taper grips may suit you- equivalent to four wraps under the right hand- the Golf Pride MCC Plus4 is a good one as well as the their Tour Velvet Plus4. If you are looking for a cord grip the Lamkin Players Cord Standard+ is an excellent grip.

I'd love to try different thickness grips or different tape combos, I'm just not sure what the best way to try any of that out without going through and changing grips multiple times.
