Hey all,

During one of my last rounds at about hole 8 I duffed a 7 iron shot (30+ handicap so pretty common) and I felt a sharp pain in the back of my right hand. I finished the round and actually made better shots since it made me slow and smooth my swing. I was wondering what this injury might be and how to avoid doing something like this in the future. Or might a grip change help? I currently use the 10 finger grip
