    Thanks, Mike, for adding TPI tips to the YouTube channel. Useful to work with an instructor to assess a selection of the best routines for oneself. But for those of dealing with frozen tundra, good time to up our preparation.
  3. It is also important to take into account the individual characteristics and limitations of each person. Some exercises may not be suitable for people with certain diseases or health conditions. Each body is unique, and the approach to physical activity should be tailored to individual needs.
