  1. Lately I have not had a lot of spin on the green and I would really benefit from some. I don’t know if it’s my swing or my ball or club? Any tips welcome.

It could be one or all of the above. We would have no way of knowing. It can also be the greens as the type of grass, firmness, and cut can change the reaction to a spinning ball and make you think you are creating less spin. Get your local pro to take a look.

I do not create a lot of or any spin on my golf ball because I am what they call a picker. Wish I could hit down and through the ball.
My "teaching pro" and I will be addressing that when I return to playing the end of the month. Same advice Dale gave you.

Chuck - it's good to hear about the comeback! Good luck and I hope you're able to swing with much less pain!

To echo what Dale said - it could be anything, or a combination of all of the aforementioned factors. I have lots of run out as well this time of year with the greens being very firm and dry at the end of the summer. Factor it into your shots if you need to, and get with a teaching pro to make adjustments as needed.

What ball are you currently playing, if I may ask?
