Robby, these putter came from a compilation of ideas of different types of putters that Scotty made for his tour players initially.  Now, they are more sought after by collectors.  They date back to the late 90's and early 2000's.  Many do not merit production because their cost is higher to produce and they can not be easily mass made however there is also an exclusive aspect to them as well!

Regardless, enjoy looking at them and if you have an extra $3,000+ laying around then you can own one as well!
