  1. Hi Guys, I have a Futura x5r which is cut to 33". It's been bent 1 deg up right. It has a std Matador midsize grip and 25 gram weights in the sole. All work was done by Acushnet. My question is, what would a Cameron & Crown Futura x5r give me different to what I have now? Thanks Steve

Good question! It would be nice to get an answer other than "designed and manufactured to be 33""
  3. My putter is swing weighted to D3. It would be interesting to know what these will be! SC says tour proven but they play on greens much faster than most of us. We are generally between 9 & 10 on the Stimpmeter.

Price for one. Maybe from a visual aspect. Here are a couple of pictures. You can go to the top of this page under "clubs" then go to Scotty Cameron and it will describe both of the clubs. Should give you all the details and you can make a determination from the experts. Cheers.

  5. The only difference is cosmetics.

Nothing different than cosmetics, smaller Matador grip (in white) and price. Lie, loft and the weighting is the same as their 33" counterparts in the standard Select putters.

If I were looking for a 33" Scotty now, I wouldn't mind one of these now but if you already have a standard Select putter in 33", no need to "upgrade," as you can change the grip yourself if you wanted a smaller one.

Honestly, I might just get one for the heck of it to keep stored away, even though I have a Studio Select Newport M2!

It's just marketing, there is no difference other than the grip. I have a 33' square back with 20 gram weights that I ordered 3 years ago from Scotty Cameron.
