That's a great day! And getting fitted at Manchester Lane is a treat and you're right about the short game area, so much fun to experience. And the "Tiger Tee" is nuts... Thanks for sharing!

What is the distance on the Tiger tee? Were you able to hit from there? Don’t they have a putting green that’s like ginormous?

I believe the distance Karen said was 438 yards, but not 100% sure my memory is as accurate, but it is certainly close to that distance. They use that tee for the Long Drive guys who come down from time to time.

I did not get to hit from the Tiger tee but I would estimate it at least 50 back from the main tees. And yes, they have a putting green that is 100 yards long and I was told perfectly flat.

Sorry for the correction, but the green is actually 300 yards long and dead flat. They check it daily for how soft/hard it may be as well as rolling it out to ensure the same or close to same with each test. There is nothing that the testing crew has NOT thought off. It is a real treat just to step on the grounds

Certainly understand. Every time I head down the direction, I feel the chills come on and once I am inside that Guard shack, I feel like I drove into heaven.

There is not a single blade of grass out of place, or at least before I start swinging. Karen and her entire team are nothing but THE BEST in the business. They are not there to sell you anything. They are there to ensure you as a golfer are confident in the equipment you are playing. There is not a single detail that is missed. They ensure your numbers look good, the shaft is the right shaft for your game and desired shot, and most of all they are the most informed people I have ever met. I would call them golf geeks, but that may sound derogatory, so I will go with GOLF GODs in the closest place to heaven on earth.

I think I have been there about a dozen times, and each and every visit I always learn something new and certainly more than the last.

Who ever can make the journey to head to Manchester Lane, I promise 100% you will not be disappointed.

I went to the Oceanside fitting center six years ago. It is amazing. The plan is to experience Manchester Lane next year along with a tour of Ball Plant 3.
