    Ok back to business. Chimera Golf course in Vegas. 12th hole. 170 yds slightly uphill into a one club wind. AP2 716 6iron, TITLEIST NXT Tour S yellow #3 Boom goes the dynamite!!

    Share the wealth! The two following pics are from the same round last Friday. The first image came on the first par 3 on the back 9 (hole 11) and the second was from the ensuing par 3 (hole 16). The second was equally as close to the first as the ball took one hop and then spun back right across the face of the cup.

    In addition to those two, I've had two other lip-outs as well. The quest continues...

    Congratulations... It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it?

    I made a hole in one when I was 19. I'm 70 now and the closest I've come since is about a foot away from the hole. twice, I've hit the pin and had the ball bounce away.

    It's weird, but I remember the shots immediately after the hole in one vividly. I had this weird feeling like I should hit them perfectly, as if I'd found some magic secret to golf since I made the ace. Needless to say, my collapse following the ace was just as spectacular as the ace itself.
