Just a new name for the ap1 ap2 and ap3 at a guess

What's in a name ?
It's the performance of the club that matters.

At least the numbering sequence makes sense. Calling the AP3 the AP1.5 would fit the fitting scheme but been an awful name. For a slower swing golfer like myself, the gains in ball speed on the longer irons over the AP3 to the T-300 (f.k.a AP1) was impressive. There was little difference for me between AP1/AP3 when I was fit. After adding a T-300 5 iron, have to fight the temptation to replace the 6-W AP3's.

Have T300's that I was fit for at TPI in November on order. Can't wait for them to arrive.

Got mine where they were first released. I love the T300s and am now using R300 shafts which really makes a difference. Played AP1s previously with S300 shafts. Getting properly fitted is the KEY.

I had a split set of 718 AP1's and AP3's. Changed them for a split set of T100's and T200's with Aerotech shafts, and love the way they feel. I thought the AP2's were great, but the T100's just feel that much better. Obviously, it is a personal opinion, but very happy that I made the change..
