Im totally disgusted that the new gear is open to the US only.... Sorry but there is another world out there other than the US.

Why do titleist seem to continue to allenate us over the pond. Its shocking that we are treated this way seeing we spend so much on gear to support the brand.

We then get sold the gear at extortionate prices by other members selling for a profit.

Seriously looking at changing brands due to the treatment we receive which is being received!!!!!!!

    Rant over

    Hi Skitcher,

Thank you for the candid feedback and our apologies for any frustration on this point. While we prefer to hear positive feedback, we do appreciate hearing about the times where our TT members feel like we are not completely hitting the mark.

As it relates to making the TT Member Exclusive drops available outside of the U.S., this is something that we have been exploring with the team and we will continue to push toward making this happen. There are a number of complexities that we need to address but we will keep working with our global teams to hopefully expand the offering to more markets as soon as we are able.

Got the visor, (just bought the staff stand bag and the executive backpack). Love it! To echo what others have said, if you put the t-shirts on sale, they would go in a heartbeat. Looking for more TT merchandise sales!

  7. It sucks that you can't get the stuff that we can in the US, but I don't think Titleist is purposefully "alienating" anyone. I think it's pretty obvious, and has been explained pretty well, that the logistics of making these TT items available for international customers just simply doesn't make sense - at this point. I mean, think about it. They release a small number of these small items (ie. hats, socks, driver headcovers, etc). The cost of shipping something that small overseas simply doesn't make business sense. A bag tag that Titleist doesn't charge for doesn't make sense for them to pay international shipping on. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.

You're right though about people charging outrageous prices for these items due to their "rarity". I think that needs to stop, but it never will. It's the same in every niche - sneakers, sports memorabilia, etc. I had an extra bag tag that my father wasn't using - so I gave it away on the facebook site. My hope is that more people do the same after seeing that as opposed to charging an arm and a leg for a piece of rubber - although chances of that are slim lol.
