Thanks! Had a great day playing 18 with (and sometimes getting out-driven by) my boys. Hope all of yours were awesome.

I always wished that my father played golf. He was born in 1912 and grew up in a blue collar family and neighborhood, not condusive to playing golf in those days. He lived to age 91 and loved Baseball and when he got to his late 70's I started to take him to Yankee Stadium every Fathers Day. I used to say to him " You took me when I was a kid so now It's my turn to take you". This year Fathers Day falls on his birthday so it really made me think about him. To those of you who's fathers are still around, give him a hug not just today but every time you see him.

Thanks!!!!! Wishing mine was still around, cancer took him from us years ago. My daughter is grown and live out west.

I took my dad who is 83 to the course with me since he is the one who put me & my brother in Jr Golf back in the 70's. He played golf but never broke 100.

He had a stroke in January of 2012 so the last round he played was in 2011, so I decided this year to take him to the course & ride with me while I played a round of golf. It was a wonderful 3 1/2 hours and the weather was perfect.
