I split up with my wife 6 weeks shy of our 10th wedding anniversary only for her to then remarry on what would have been our 11th! The boys took me off to France for the weekend to keep my mind occupied and we played play Le Touquet Le Foret. I got my first hole-in-one on the exact same day! Replaced one anniversary I was keen to forget in an instant with another I never will! It was an incredible surreal moment....4 guys standing there man-hugging in the rain! 169 yards with a 5 iron, ProV1 and I hit it so, so sweet!

My biggest moment with my ProV1 was winning the BMW International Golf Cup qualifier at Royal Birkdale a few days after the 2017 Open Championship had been played there. All the stands and hospitality units were still in place and it was just magnificent to play such an iconic course. I remember playing the hole that Jordan Spieth, the Open winner, played a shot from the practice ground on, and couldn’t believe it was possible.
My prize for winning was a trip to St.Andrews to play in the UK final and a fitting for a Vokey wedge of my choice.
A day I will never forget.

The biggest moment I had with my Pro-V1 was the first time I went under par and showed my father the card, the look on his face when he realized I was under par for the round was unforgettable..When he passed away I put the ball in his pocket and buried it with him.

Normally play Tru-Feels, But found a pro v1x during a round last week, Used it on the last few holes. Ended up carding a 95, which is my lowest score and is the first time I have broken 100.

Getting my first hole in one after 58 years of playing.

My first hole in one was on the 5th hole at Fulford. it was our invitation day and we were being pushed so I teed off and saw the ball heading to the green and proceeded to put my club back in my bag when my three playing partners shouted they thought it had gone in the hole!

I would have said making the last par putt to shoot a 78 in very windy conditions, 20-25 mph with wind gusts up to 35 mph two weeks ago. It's always windy in Oklahoma City, but that was really a brutal day. That was my lowest score I've shot and it included a triple bogey! Have had many 79s.

However, yesterday I made my first hole in one - exactly one month after my 61st birthday! I use the yellow pro v1 and won't use anything else!

I've had some pretty incredible moments and memories in golf. I've even had some tournament success off and on in my life and most have been with a ProV1x but, my greatest memory would have to be the first "real" round of golf with my son at TPC Myrtle Beach!

Came during a full field during a Club tournament and the club had "hole in one" insurance and picked up the tab for a drink for everyone playing !
Nice extra was getting skin for low gross and net on this hole also.
Still trying for number 2, seven years later

I played in a 2-Man scramble tournament yesterday at Briarwood East Golf Course. On the Par 4 6th hole, I pitched in from 43 yards for an eagle 2. The significance, is that was the only skin of the tournament worth $2000. Not a bad payday for my partner and I. We also Shot 63 for a T12 finish.

My biggest moment or moments are winning club championship one weekend followed by winning another competition the following weekend whilst also setting new amateur course record,equalling the professional record.

As dumb as it may seem, my first pure drive where I finally put it all together and piped a drive middle of the fairway over the creek at Honey Bee Golf Course with my dad. I could see how proud he was and it was the start of me falling in love with the game, and it’s a love that’s stuck with me now 7 years later.

Two big moments.

#1. Back to back eagles at Quail Hollow, Percy Quin State Park Course. 1st one, drove a 273 par 4 and made the putt. 2nd one. Hit fringe on 2nd shot to 452 par 5. Putted in.

#2. #18 at Farmstead, Myrtle Beach, SC 679 yard dogleg right, par 6. Had nice $320 pot. All pars shared the pot. Hit diver, 3 wood, 3 wood. 8 iron over pin. Made the putt for birdie. Only birdie. Won the whole pot!
