  1. Hi, I am going to Streamsong early next year and can only play one of the courses. What one should I choose? I am hearing red is the way to go.

Red is definitely the highest ranked of the three by most reviews and is the only one I have played. Same reason, I was in Clearwater for business and only had one day to play. I plan to get back out there some day and play the Blue and Black. Just like Bandon, it’s a good multi-day destination and all three courses are worth playing.
  3. Probably one of personal preference.....

But... I liked the RED best.

    Blue was second.

    Black was third.

For sure..... contact Streamsong and get an idea on aeration and course conditions for each around those dates that you will be there... that may change your decision.

Red is my favorite of the 3. All 3 are unique in their own ways. Blue is fairly easy IMO and Red and Black can be challenging but I love the layouts on the Red course.

It's a beautiful place though, enjoy!
  5. I have been there many times now, and will be on property again in October. Each course is fabulous, with their own respective character. Given its relative remoteness, it is unfortunate that you can only play one time, since the trio is the real way to experience the fullness of Streamsong. I love them all, but if I REALLY only had one to play, it would probably be Red. But man, if you can squeeze in just one more .... you gotta go Black. It is fabulous too.
  6. It is sounding like red is the way to go. I am hoping we can fit in another course but time is tight so we will see what can be done. Now I just need to wait until January.....
  7. Playing all three courses, I’d rank them in this order:
    1) Red
    2) Black
    3) Blue

    They’re all fantastic.

I’ll second that ranking. Red and Blue just had the greens regrassed and open for play October 1.

My neighbor was there last month. Did the stay and play and loved it. They said that Red was the most challenging.
