  1. The items I ordered on October 2 still have not shipped. Is this indicative of Titleist normal shipping time? I have called and left a message no return call. I have emailed and no return email. The customer service at Titleist is a joke!!!

Due to Covid 19 shipping times have been longer than normal for most things in the world & with Titleist as well.
I'm sure they will be shipped and you'll enjoy them upon their arrival.

Every vendor including amazon are experiencing shipping delays. I got my team Titleist yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that it already landed. It’s 2020 man, nothing works like it did pre pandemic.
  4. Weird that the pandemic only affects certain aspects of businesses ‍♂️ Sales, marketing, and accounts receivable all fine....fulfillment and accounts payable are “delayed due to scamdemic” i guess there is a reason sheep’s are easy to sheer. Miss me with the excuses!! If you cannot fulfill the orders...do not take them....period end of story!!!

    Just a few things....
As others have mentioned, this is a forum for Titleist loyalists. Most of us have had a number of direct interactions with the Customer Service Team and they are some of the best in the industry.

You don't tell us what you ordered. Some items that require customization/personalization take extra time. For example any custom golf ball order will typically by shipped in about 3 weeks. If you ordered custom clubs from a retailer, some of the components may not be in stock. Even if they were in stock, it takes up to 10 days to build clubs, especially in today's reduced working hours with reduced staff environment.

While on that subject, I find it very insensitive to refer to the current pandemic as a "scamdemic". It is real, people are dying and businesses are failing. Nothing in any business today is functioning normally, we need to have patience.

The Team at Titleist is working as hard as they can to fill all orders placed, be it direct from consumers via the Titleist website or through the authorized retailers. Make the effort to contact the Customer Service team and understand that most of them are working remotely and may not have all of the answers immediately. They do make return calls! After you speak with one of them, they will get all of the information from you that they need to track your order status down and they will call you back with everything they find out.

If you ordered through an authorized retailer, contact them for information about your order. Unfortunately, Titleist does not know who you are or what order you are calling about if you ordered in this manner.

Thank you for the well written response, I just saw this tread and wanted to write something along the same lines.

This is not really the place for contacting Titleist to leave complaints. These are Team Titleist forums. We are a large contingent of enthusiastic Titleist ball and equipment players who are mostly all loyal to Titleist due to the quality of equipment and the excellent customer service and appreciation we typically receive. 99% of us don't work for Titleist, so we have no ability to answer your questions or cater to your concerns here. I don't know why you are not receiving the service you are expecting, but I can assure you that this forum is not going to give you the satisfaction you are looking for. You are barking up the wrong tree here. Try contacting Customer Service/Order status at www.titleist.com/status.

With all due respect, it doesn't sound like the sky is falling, but only that you'd like to know where your order is and why is it taking over a week. I get it, you want your stuff. As stated before, since Titleist was forced to shut down their operations for a couple months, they, like so many other golf related companies, are behind in filling orders. Though we here aren't all particularly happy with the delays, we all understand that things are different than normal these days.

I've been a Titleist player from top to bottom of my bag for over a dozen years. I am loyal to them not only due to the quality of the equipment they provide, but even more so, the excellent customer service and care I have received from them over the period. Hopefully, your issue will be worked out quickly and you too will get the opportunity to see how great being part of the team can be.

Dude it has been a little over a week. Most are working out of their homes and not in the offices due to the pandemic. I agree totally with Doug's recommendations. Customer service does not see these posts and their customer service is second to none. We are brand loyalists and understand what is going on. Hopefully yours will be there soon and you can stop acting like a troll. What was it you ordered? Some of the TT merchandise? If it was equipment thru a titleist account (pro shop, retail store) you need to contact them and have them contact Titleist with the purchase order number. With respect to your situation.

Seems things are working ok in shipping. I ordered a new all black tour mid size bag on the October 6th thru a shop I deal with who is a Titleist account and it just arrived (October 12) this morning. Great service. Kudos. Can always count on Titleist. =)
  12. Took 3 and a half weeks to get a set of T300s from my club pro, not too bad in my opinion, considering all the COVID related issues.

The typical build time is 5 business days, and 3-6 business days shipping, depending how far you are from California. The 2nd was a Friday so even pro shops would most likely placed the order on Monday, 5 Oct. if you ordered through a major retailer, they might still be placing one large order at one time through a central office. As noted, your best bet is to contact your dealer. Titleist will give them the expected shipping date.

Like all OEM’s, some components come from other countries. That is beyond anyone’s control if they were affected by the pandemic.

Titleist protects their dealer network by not doing direct sales. Others do. The only company promoting “next day shipping” is Tour E. and they don’t do the volume or offer the custom options Titleist does.

That’s how we as customers understand the system. Your choice to be satisfied. But beyond reasonable turnaround time for custom fulfilled orders, Titleist and through the dealer network will work replace any defective product to your satisfaction.
