Next on my "to purchase" list

I'm hitting the U500 2-iron. When you miss hit it, watch out. However, when you strike it pure ... its awesome! So useful for punching shots out from the rough and keeping it low when needed.

I use an older tmb but my father bought that and uses it religiously. Sounds great off the face and is so darn versatile. He punches with it, dubs it for his old TM hybrid and evens bump and runs.

I have the U510 in 2, 3, &4. I had a U500 2 and loved it off the tee and the fairway, but couldn't get it much when in the rough, and I wanted to replace a 5 wood or a hybrid (always loved my long irons), so I went to the U510 2 and loved it, and then added the 3, and 4. I love these things, they give me the long iron feel that I want but I can use them out of the rough and they go.

Awesome! I gave up my 2-iron a year ago because my ball-striking was suffering. I replaced it with a hybrid that I like. Yesterday, however, I really needed to hit a low ball under a tree (in the fairway, but tree trouble) and just couldn't do it with the hybrid. I think I'll put one of these back on my wish list. What shaft did you get?

In my U510 hybrid irons, I got Aldila Rogue Black shafts (no upcharge from Titleist) in all three. I have the same shaft in my TS2 hybrid and believe it or not in my TS2 Driver and 3 wd too. I like the shaft, and it feels good to me. I like the launch better than the standard "Smoke" shafts that come standard. Worked well for me

It's interesting to know more about golfers who are using utility irons.

Just hit one of these over the weekend one of my golf buddies has. I came home and ordered one. Its a great club off the turf and tee.

I've had a blast with my U500 2i. It has a Tour AD DI 95s shaft (tipped 0.5") and I'm tempted to purchase the 4i and have it bent down a degree stronger to fill a gap in my bag between the 2i and 5i.

Did you order yours with the Tour AD shaft, or did you swap it? I want to change from the hzrdus black to the Tour AD but I haven’t heard any feedback on the difference.

I have hybrid that goes 230 and a 4 Gaphr that goes 210. I've been highly thinking about getting u510 3i since I slightly favored the iron look more than hybrid.

Sort of the perfect gap filling club.
I bought the U500 3-I which has 20 degs of loft and weakened it 1 deg to 21,, so it fits my bag.

Sequence near top of bag:
TS2-18 degs of loft
U500- now w/21 degs of loft
T-200-5-I w/24 degs of loft.

-I have found the U500 is far more flexible than a hybrid. I can move the ball’s trajectory up/down left to right and right to left, where I couldn’t hit a high cut w/ a hybrid to save my life.

I love my U510 4. I can flight it all sorts of ways. When I went to get fitted at TPI in Oceanside, my fitter Lucas Bro put me in this. I hit this club on short par 4s and tight driving holes. It’s a weapon in my bag for sure.

I can’t hit hybrids all that well so this was the missing link for me. I love it and recommend anyone to try.
