You can't order one from Titleist, but there are other ways to go about getting an adapter...remove one from an old shaft (driver adapters are the same from 910 - TSi, fairways: 910 is stand alone, 913 - TSi are the same), you may be able to purchase one or have one installed by a club repair shop near you or you can purchase one on eBay.

Thanks. I have called around and can't locate a OEM sleeve and don't trust a "knock-off" from eBay or like sites. Wish this was easier :(

I'm looking for a couple as well.
The tips you see on eBay are aftermarket and don't work very well.
I have asked many local club builders and they say than get the Titleist Tips...but for some reason I just don't trust the source. I really wish Titleist would make SureFit tips and adapters available to consumers. I don't really think it would be such a bad thing. Also for some reason you can't even send your shafts to Titleist to have SureFit Systems installed...I guess it's a liability.
