Over the years, Titleist Hole in One bag tags have changed. Some in size, some in design and in color. Guess making them smaller to fit on the bag better and to show off the badge of honor, which makes good sense. I have seen on here over the years some other really neat awards from Titleist for a hole in one and would like to hear from our members which is their favorite. Of the four that I have received I think the first one (2001) on the bottom is my favorite, simply because it listed my name, yardage, hole, course, and date on the front. Kinda cool also with the golfer on it. I then saw a major change with the second (2012) in a smaller one which is the first one on the left. The next two were the same size in number three (2015) on the right but a color change for the latest on top (2021). They have come along way in 20 years for me. Even though the first one might be my favorite, they all are very special to me, because they came from Titleist and I was playing Titleist. Thanks Titleist for these honors, do not know of any manufacturers who do this anymore. With repect.

Nice collection. They would make nice wind chimes when you finally give up the game.

Never and never. Hoping the windchimes was a joke. =( Some of the guys in our men's group are in their 90's and I am young at 74+. So I have a long way to go. With respect to the tags.

That's quite the collection. I'm still waiting for a true Hole In One; I've had a couple of hole outs from 150+ yds out.

It's funny you say that you got your second badge in 2012. I have the same one my first HIO in 2003 the one on the left. My second tag is from 2019. I guess it just depends on which box they look in when they pass out the tags..Anyway hope to catch you this year...madgolfer hitemstraight

Nice Chuck! I lumped all three of mine in a two year span so mine all are the same. Hopefully not my last but since it took 30+ years for the first one, i am okay if no more ever come my way. Just happy to keep playing. Cheers.

I just got mine in the mail this week. So I’m biased and love the current one. But your previous style tags are awesome and great pieces of history.

  11. I received my first one last year. I must say what a classy gesture by Titleist to provide these for us.

I'm with Dugue4. Doesn't matter to me really, anything just as long as I can maybe get one, after 50 years of waiting and toooooo many close calls. Maybe I'm due with the new ProV1X's coming later this month.
  14. Might be a stupid question but how do you get one? obviously from getting a hole in one, but do you submit something to Titleist stating you have done it? or is this from HIO during a tournament?

Pretty easy! When you get a hole in one (with a "Titleist golf ball"), complete the information on the below site and wait for the pewter bag tag to arrive:

    www.titleist.com/hole-in-one

    Best of luck..... =)

Probably the first one. I played from the Championship tees in 2001 when my handicap was much lower. I hit a high cut four iron, three hops into the hole, but all four of them are special. Never imagined getting one, let alone four. I always aim for the flag and hope for a good shot. =)

Maybe I can catch you in the future. At least that will be a goal. Looks great on your bag.
