    Thinking about logos....most companies have a logo associated with their brand (swoosh swoosh, Puma cat, Pingman, cally chevron...)

    Titleist never had an adjunct logo did they? Just the font / script "Titleist"

    Any interesting stories of how the name came about, maybe a logo was used in the past but ditched? Is the font owned by Titleist?

    TITLEIST was I think started by the creators' secretary to define Excellence in the product., could be wrong remember reading something to that affect in an article. madgolfer hitemstraight

    Original ball marking was Acushnet. Occasionally you can find one on eBay.
