    Great job on the updated website. I find it easier to navigate. I like to refer other golfer to the Team Titleist website and they have told me they have a difficult time finding the landing page. I believe with the updated site, it will be easier to find Team Titleist.

    I agree…very bland and generic. No color…back to the MS DOS of the 80’s. Disappointed.

    There is a black field in the upper right of the screen that has no labelling. When I hover over the black field I find three smaller red boxes. The right box is the shopping cart and the middle and left red squares reveal nothing. I have not found nor see a search window option. I have still not found any radio button for the Titleist Ambassadors. I searched for product details (PRO V1x left dash) earlier and only found the ordering information but no product descriptions. The search continues...

    Update: Found the product description. Below the last post for each topic I see several plain black boxes. One large black box near "Back to top"; One small black box at the right side of the window "Enter your email address"; and one small black box at the right side of "Find a gold store near me". There are four medium sized black boxes to the right and outside of "Enter your email address" that turn red when hovered over but no labelling appears. No clue what these boxes are for!?! The previous webpage was much easier to navigate! I'm hoping this is only a BETA version to gather feedback in preparation for the final webpage.

    If my previous posts appear, I have an update. I accessed the new website from my home network and personal computer and the page appears to be working as intended with no black boxes. I had no problems accessing the previous website from my daytime network or work issued PC. It appears the daytime network now has some incompatibility issues with the new site. Although my interactions with the Titleist Members and browsing the site is now limited, that's acceptable. I shall only access the site from my home network.

    New update: I completed another analysis of why I was having potential network or computer issues. Problem solved. It wasn't the network or the computer. It appears that using Microsoft Internet Explorer (MS IE) does not fully support the new webpage design; however, Microsoft Chrome does fully support the new design and all previous issues were resolved. I current have two side by side sessions open with Titleist. Unfortunately, I cannot screen shot and upload the images. Again, MS IE still appears to have conflicts with the Titleist website whereas MS Chrome does not.

    Hope this post helps others who may have experienced the same issues.

    At our work we are migrating completely out of MS Explorer to MS Edge as MS is no longer supporting legacy Explorer. You might try converting from Explorer to Edge.

    Thanks for the clarification. I knew Google owned Chrome-just wasn't thinking as I was typing/editing. Hopefully, no Google members on the Titleist forums were offended!

    You may want to upgrade to MS Edge. IE is a legacy browser which isn't being supported anymore. Lastly, just to clarify, Chrome is a Google product not Microsoft.

    Has anyone found the radio search button that allows members to search for topics within the Forums. We were able to search discussions previously. Now I receive only results from the product lines. Example:

    I agree. You can if you create a post, but if you want to add to a post you just cannot add a picture as it was a number of months ago. Wish they would bring that feature back. Maybe Santa will bring it to us in our stockings soon. Hint, hint..... That feature has been replaced with the "Attach Social Media Post" on the bottom. =(

    I love the new website so much cleaner and user friendly. DaFitzy! I agree with you on the app. I've been saying for a long time Titleist needs a dedicated app.

    If you're thinking an app to access this forum, I would suggest using the private Facebook group page as another mobile option. Many of the posts made by Titleist staff (Allan, Emily, etc...) in this forum are also repeated on the private FB group page.
