The world’s best have teed off at TPC Sawgrass for the 2022 Players Championship where not only more players are trusting a Titleist driver than any other brand (47, nearest competitor: 34), but nine of the current top 25 of the FedEx Cup rankings play a Titleist driver.
Building off of last season's momentum — where Titleist drivers were also the most played on the 2020-21 PGA TOUR with 1,980 players teeing one up as compared to 1,336 for the nearest competitor — this year’s event comes off the heels of the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Puerto Rico Open, where Titleist continued to be the most played driver on the PGA TOUR with 79 players in total at both events teeing up either TSi2, TSi3 or TSi4 models (Arnold Palmer Invitational, 35 | Puerto Rico Open, 34). TSi3 is the TOUR’s most popular driver model, and remained so across both events with 51 (21%) in play.
