Touch up paint for shafts

    I have a set of Titleist clubs I received from Titleist in Acushnet, I am 58 years old notice the clubs paint rub off shafts(graphite) can I get touch up paint for them. Thanks Mark Ryan Attached is photos of shafts

    I'm not aware of Titleist selling touch up paint for their shafts. Have you checked with a club repair or paint shop? My guess is they would have options for you. On a side note, hopefully the underlying graphite is not damaged; your first photo shows like some of the graphite has rubbed off which could be a weak point in the shaft.

    You might just try regular spray paint. More importantly, try to add padding in your bag where these are rubbing. Once they wear through the paint and into the graphite, they could eventually cause a point where they might break off. It's not the shaft that is the problem, looks like it's your bag.

    It would be very hard to touch it up as there’s multiple coatings it looks like, your best bet may be buying shaft bands with your address or even the ones that are on Scotty Cameron‘s site as it would create a barrier for whatever rubbing you’re getting as well as cover the area and clean way. Best of luck

    I have never seen something like that before, but I guess it must be the rubbing against your golf bag. Even if you buy new shafts the issue will not be fixed.

    I agree with Diego. You have something going on with your bag. A hard edge somewhere.
