The season is upon us - and we want to hear from you, Team Titleist!

Whether it's shooting your personal best, winning that title you've always had your eye on, or just getting out on the course more, we want to know - If you could achieve one goal this season, what would it be?

Need some inspiration? Hear what #TeamTitleist had to say at the beginning of the year:

You are on the right track Dale. Try to enjoy the experience and have fun on the course.
  4. my goal is to shoot consistently my age or better. 78 yr.
  5. Best to you; hope you realize your goal!
  6. My real goal is to play as well or better with my reconstructed wrist as I did before I broke it.

Play more rounds. I played twice last year so I'm shooting for 3 this year.

I've been working hard with improving my GIR percentage. I use a shot tracking device that attached to all my clubs and it's been really helpful with determining where I need to improve.

Feeling good about my chances of finally breaking 70 now that I have the T100s in the bag :D

Lowering the cap may lead to breaking 70 and winning my club championship once again. Both those goals are more apt to come true by first lowering the handicap.

Great post, Emily. I already reached my first goal. I reached a single-digit handicap a few weeks ago, however, now I want to keep improving my short game and putting.

As far as my game goes, I'm fairly happy with most technical aspects of it considering my advancing senior status. I have some decent game for a guy who now receives a Social Security check every month. However, that respectable game doesn't always show up when I need it, like in competition, under pressure. I have to learn to control my nerves and be more positive and confident in my proven abilities when the game is on the line, instead of having negative thoughts about how easily I can fail with one less-than-perfect swing of the club.

So, my primary goal for 2022 is to be far less uptight when the pressure is on to perform at my best, be that in a club tournament, a $5 Nassau game with some buds, or playing alongside the highly-accomplished, top-100 PGA teaching pro where I work, trying to gain his respect. Bottom line, I need to stay out of my own head.

And sure, an extra 20 yards off the tee would be nice, too!

Great poll Emily. I chose Lower your handicap. While I would gladly be happy if I accomplish any of the others along the way. I feel the best chance to lower my handicap is improving my short game. It's ok to averge now. But I truly believe it's something that all of us regardless of age and ability can improve. It's not always easy to add those 15 or 20 yards off the tee, especially if you are already properly fit to your equipment which I am.

So I intend to develop a solid practice plan for it, and set about the quest to get up and down more often.

Play more rounds.. Equates to lowering handicap, which brings an ACE into play more often!

After half heartedly trying to improve my game, I am going to put more effort in this year. More range time working on my mid irons is a priority. Driver is coming around as well as greenside and putting. If I can get more GIR, I know I can drop my handicap greatly. Another emphasis is going to be on getting fit for the first time. I am hoping to get it done at the Manchester Lane facility since I have family in RI. All I have to do is stay focused.
