Yep Rick, except the slice, this list pretty much covers all the other problems I have. :(

Seems a lot of us have the same issue. Worked on that with my instructor this morning. .
  5. 10 HCP here, my big fault is a wild duck hook when my right shoulder comes up

I said the same. My misses will be slightly right, slightly right, snap hook.

I don't have a "one plane" swing. I take it inside, sort of loop it on the back swing, and come down pretty steep, maintaining the 90 degree angle between the shaft and my left forearm for a very long time. The most common error for me is "getting stuck",which usually results in fat shots as I try and re-route the club and get it back on plane. If my tempo is good this isn't an issue. It's when i get quick that it becomes a problem.

I checked the box that says "Other".
Most common flaw is chunking chip shots.
I've read the books, seen the videos.
I still tend to chip poorly.
Of course, lack of opportunity to practice this shot doesn't help much.

This is more prevalent with fairway woods, then with irons. I try to sweep the woods, so that might be result of this swing thought
  10. Under pressure I hook

Between over the top and wimpy green side chips I lose lots of strokes.

So many times around the green I’ll either chunk it or sometimes blade it across the green.
  13. Need a tip on staying in posture and extending thru the ball.
  14. I practice at the driving range and hit my shots perfectly, hitting down on the ball and taking a divot slightly beyond the ball. However, when on the course, I hit either fat or thin.

Broke my left Tibia right above the Ankle in June 2017.
Still to this day I have issues getting my weight on to the left side with power.
There are some body mechanics and mental challenges to overcome...some days are better than others.

    Cheers,

I had a spiral fracture of my left fibula in August, 2019. Was not able to get the weight onto my front until last year. If you wear long pants, I would suggest compression socks. If you prefer shorts, try the kinesioptic tape and extend under the arch and up each side.

Where is the multiple choice answer?? I mean I could have checked 4 or 5 of those.... LOL

Inconsistent ball striking, don't hook or slice so that's a plus.

Will get better though as I work through it all on the range.

  19. Making consistent solid center of club face contact is my biggest issue.

I'm an "other" as well. Biggest issue recently is poor iron contact. Don't believe it is thin or fat, but seems to be toe contact, vice center of mass. I believe the issue is pulling arms in as I swing to contact, but am still trying to determine. Hits end up short, sometimes left, but most often right.

When the that old heat index gets up and the rounds get long in our interclub matches that posture seems to get out of wack. Got me yesterday, heat index 100 and five hour round. Has to be that six inches between the ears and a subsonic swing. =)

A tie between over-the-top and early extension, except that if I focus on staying in my posture ,it usually works. The over-the-top pull seems to come out of nowhere :-(
  23. Mine is definitely early extension and loss of posture but it is due to getting quick in transition. Due to flexibility issues, I have trouble finishing my back swing and through swing so I "jump" early to try to generate power but the opposite happens...good times! :-(

I voted "Other" because "All of the Above" was not an option...

I think my biggest swing fault is set-up/ball position. This doesn't occur on drives and short irons/wedges, which are easy set ups, but from my 3 metal to my 5 iron I occasionally mis-align the ball in my stance and play a particularly poor shot.

That and ridiculously bad swing thoughts...
