    We talk about what we hope is under the tree and what is on our Christmas list. I am a big fan of Charles Shultz and his peanuts. They seem to always put life into perspective. As I think of all his characters, Snoopy has always been my favorite. His imagination has allowed him to be whatever he want's in life from a famous WWI pilot to a great golfer. I found this and wanted to share it with all my friends in TTLand during the wonderful season. Happy Holidays, Seasons Greetings, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Be safe and thank you for being here. =)

    Speaking of Peppermint Patty. Charles M. Schulz modeled Peppermint Patty after a favorite cousin, Patricia Swanson, who served as a regular inspiration for Peanuts.[6] Schulz had also named his earlier character Patty after Swanson,[6] and he coined his well-known phrase "Happiness is a Warm Puppy" during a conversation with her in 1959.[7]/ref Swanson's roommate Elise Gallaway served as the model for Peppermint Patty's best friend Marcie.

    Elise or Lisy, is our neighbor and her current roommate is godmother to our dachshund. Lisy is a retired professor at the Medical University of S Carolina School of Nursing. She is so cool. You meet some interesting people from California.

    Hope that you had a Merry Christmas and since you're such a big Charles Shultz fan, the next time that you visit Northern California you should visit the Charles Shultz Museum in Santa Rosa, it's incredible.
