  1. Finished playing this past Saturday and noticed the zipper on the ball pocket of my Linksmaster Caddy bag was missing a tooth, making it unable to close. Tried to fix it, but the zipper is pretty jacked. I reached out to Titleist customer service and was told to go to a local authorized dealer.

This bag is 1.5 years old, but it was gifted to me and my understanding is that only pro-shops carry Linksmaster bags, It’s also my gamer, so I’m hesitant to go to a Golf Galaxy to try to get it replaced.

Any advice on handling warranty replacements/claims?

M: In that is was a gift I would check with the person who gave it to you and find out which golf course they purchased it from. If it was local you would need to take it to their pro shop. Most golf bags only have a one year warranty. Retail golf stores do not carry these bags. When Titleist said a proshop, the meant a golf course proshop and most likely they will want to see a receipt. Call your friend and see if they can help you out in contacting the proshop where they purchased it.

They've only been available at pro shops in the past, but I was in PGA Tour Superstore a few weeks ago and they had quite a few, in many colors.
