  1. New beginnings for 2023

I've joined a new club this year to help improve my game, to meet new people and enjoy the what the club has to offer. An exceptionally well presented clubhouse looking over the 1st fairway and 18th green.

Blairgowrie Golf Club for those who haven't played here sits right in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland and offers two 18 holes courses and a 9 holer.

It has hosted the British Seniors Amateur Stroke Play Championship twice and the British Boys Home Internationals

These courses ain't no joke and I'm itching for the season to begin

Wishing everyone an exciting and successful 2023 season on the golf course this year where ever you play in the world

That clubhouse is stunning. Love the finishing hole and old school courses. So rich in history and two of the three are a Mackenzie design. Can understand why you are excited.

    Hi Keiran

I too have just joined a new club having moved from the Central Belt up into the Highland Region so I am looking forward to the new season having just retired.

I used to organise my workplace golf outings and we have been doing a trip to your area annually for about 20yrs, staying at the Red House Hotel in Coupar Angus. As a result we have played at Blairgowrie many times over the years with a day ticket covering a round over both the Rosemount and Landsdown courses. Another course we used in the area was Forfar, in my opinion a "Hidden Gem" we were always looked after superbly by ex touring professional and Junior Ryder Cup Captain Stuart Wilson who I believe is now based at Blairgowrie. I think you will enjoy every moment there and wish you all the best in 2023.
