I live 15 miles away from the closest driving range, so I had to improvise and built this. I'd love to see what other members have done so that they can practice at home.

We can't post photos, unless it's a link to a SM post, but I had a putting green installed last year, and it has helped me regain my putting feel after a 10 year hiatus. I had an inexpensive net, but one of the corner pieces broke, so I am looking to build something similar to what you have.

Thanks for sharing. You probably will not see other people post pictures of their set up as requested because the forum no longer supports adding photos to replies, only original posts. Maybe you can get people to post them on the Facebook group page.

15 miles doesn't seem like that far away! Nonetheless this is awesome, well done!

Nice job. We do what we have to do to get in some practice. Even practice ranges have artificial turf or mats. For example, at the course where I play, you are required to hit off it AT Monday thru Thursday. We hit off the grass Friday thru Sunday due to the amount of people practicing. Driving ranges take a beating and need time to recover. Some of the holes that people put in the range from improperly hit shots can take weeks to mend. Mats are necessary at some ranges if there is a lot of traffic. I purchased some artificial turf to use in my backyard to laydown over my grass to practice my pitching during my layoff. Saves my yard.
