I'll be the first to admit that I haven't always been great about warming up before I hit the range or the first tee. And unfortunately (for my scores) the first few holes turn into my warm-up routine. However, I was fortunate enough to visit TPI early this year and our team had the pleasure of meeting Kayleigh Franklin, Director of Performance at Lance Gill Performance, and going through a dynamic warm-up routine before we hit the practice range. After the warm-up, I could instantly tell my body was ready to start swinging.

To say I was hooked on this warm-up would be a huge understatement. I've added this to my daily routine (even on days when I'm not golfing) and it has been a game-changer for me. So, Kayleigh was kind enough to film the warm-up along with a condensed version for those days when you might be in more of a time crunch and we are sharing it with all of you below in case you want to add this to your pre-round routine (see below for important disclaimer).

Did this yesterday before my range session and felt like I didn't waste half a bucket of balls just to get lose. Will defiantly be part of my pre round routine now.

Thanks for sharing, Mike! I’m always looking for a more efficient way to get my body warmed up and ready to go for those early morning tee times. This is great stuff!

    Rob,
How did you set these up on your phone? I’m interested in saving these and having them ready to go.

    Hi Tom-

I copied the link to the videos and emailed them to myself. I just open up the email and use the link.

At a TT event a couple months ago, Kayleigh gave us this 'warm-up'... haha!
By the end we were all sweating as we started hitting balls on the range realizing we needed to do it everyday to be more ready to play.
Thanks Kayleigh for the 'little things on the road to better'.

Very interesting, with some excellent movements to use while warming up. Need to do more of this, for sure. Thanks, Mike D.
