TPI Certified Expert, Kudos!

    As most of you are aware in a new Physical Therapy program. This one has to do with Titleist, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) to be exact. Have been working with a TPI Certified Expert for about a month, who is located five minutes from my house. Dr Smith, is a medical and fitness professional and the results have really been very positive. We did our first evaluation this morning to see how far we have come and it appears this program really does work. I was really surprised with how far I have come and so was he. We have made a lot of progress regarding my flexibility and torque. Believe that the tips from my fitter, teacher and the TPI program, I might actually start enjoying golf again. Yesterday's round was fun.

    Been down this path with a TPI expert. Don’t have before/after stats, but even off the course I can move easier than before. When it comes to flexibility, use it or lose it.

    We sat down and he covered every aspect of where we started and how far we had come over the past month. The areas that had shown the most improvement and were we needed to improve on. When I first entered the program my turn/flex was less than 45* and after one month is now at 75*. He is so focused on getting my body where it should be. I was amazed at what the stats showed. Way more green than red. Daily exercises and PT twice a week, takes a team. He even sent me copies of first visit when he did consultation and evaluation after a month. My guy is a ok.
