    After buying my TSR2 driver I realized it didn't come with a wrench. I emailed Titleist and got a response quickly. They mailed out a wrench and I had it in a couple days. I just wanted to give a shout out for their stellar customer service.

    Agreed! Titleist fulfilled a warranty claim I had, and the turnaround was quicker than I expected. Not only does Titleist make great golf equipmement but they also back their products.

    I have had similar experiences with Titleist customer service. Always very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Yet another reason why Titleist is a great brand.

    Yep, they stopped sending them automatically as most TSR customers were previous Titleist customers that already have several from earlier model drivers and fairways. Good reminder to everyone to state needing one when you submit your order unless the new models releasing later this year change up the SureFit hosel connection. Then I am sure they will automatically send whatever is needed.

    It was great to see a company respond promptly and help out. Unfortunately it seems rare these days.
