Based on the number below your picture (currently 9) you have had a few posts that went through. Do know, every post and reply goes through the moderator approval system so they take at least one day to post. Longer if it is a weekend or if the moderator is busy supporting a multi-day event on the same week. Also make sure when you hit the "submit" button, you let the computer complete the process before moving to the next thread. Complete your profile with your location is also helpful but should not impact posts unless they are irrelevant to the location referenced on a thread.

Not common. Some don’t appear but I guess they may have been a little harsh for the moderators. I just don’t track all to know if that was the problem.

I haven't noticed the problem you are describing. I do know that the replies may not be posted immediately. I can't recall any posts/replies I have submitted that never appeared...eventually.

I have had some rejected. May have been a little harsh. You know me, protect the brand, the team members, and my objections to those just looking for freebees to maybe sell on eBay. Hakuna matata.

I have never noticed any of my posts not posting. The annoying part is you can't have a real time conversation with other members because it can take several hours for your reply to post. Be nice if it could be quicker. Totally understand you can't have people saying whatever they want but maybe add a dislike button. Someone says something others don't like, that comment gets removed after X amount of dislike votes. We can police ourselves that way.
