  1. Well not a great update ....T100/T100S combo set and new wedges Project X 6.0 shafts....std L,L,L, ordered Sept 30th...quoted mid Nov for wedges, 1st week of Dec for Irons. Wedges arrived mid Dec just before SM9 wedges were announced and no Irons.....was told heads is the issue delivery mid Jan...now

11/18 - "The irons should still be on schedule for early December, but check back around the 29th-30th so we can make sure the heads they expect are still scheduled to arrive on time."

1/5 - "I checked with Titleist and unfortunately they said deliveries of heads keep getting delayed from their supplier and right now they're quoting mid-late February for your order to ship."

2/15 - "I just talked to Titleist and it is still the shafts holding up the order. They are now quoting mid- to late march for them to be in. I am very sorry about this but we may want to look at a different shaft to speed up the order."

So is it heads or shafts......wish this global leader in golf equipment could at least get their story straight.

I ordered the new T200 5-GW Modus 3 Tour 105 (12 weeks delivery) and T200 Utility Build 22° Graphite Design Tour AD DI-85 (10 weeks delivery) from PGA SS this morning. Whoa...
  4. Ordered T-100s with project X lz in Mid December from local company, and apparently Titelist is blaming True Temper on the iron shafts not being in stock. They are stating probably March but aren't sure. WTF... When your told 4 weeks and no going on 9 weeks something is terribly wrong. If a Titleist rep is reading this which they say they do, please let the public know what the situation is with the delayed times so we don't need to keep badgering the sales associates on this problem.

I switched my T200 iron order through my club and projected delivery changed to six weeks. It doesn’t sound right, but I’ll let everyone know when I they arrive. I’m looking forward to putting all my Titleist clubs in my Team Titleist or Linkmaster golf bag. Hope to showcase my gear at the next TT event!

I just received my T200 Utility Build 22° Graphite Design Tour AD DI-85 HY Utility Build club TODAY! In less than 12 business days, I got it—a significant improvement from the projected ten weeks. Now, let's see how long the T200 irons take to deliver with the Nippon Modus 3 shafts. Fingers crossed!
  7. I ordered a set of T100S's on February 11th withe the same shafts. I was told the shafts would be available in March. Heads however wouldn't be available till May. Supposed to check back after 5 weeks (next Friday) to get updated. Fingers crossed for some better news.
  8. Decided to call early to check on the status of my order. Was originally told May. Was just informed that it could now be the end of March or early April. We'll see but I like the sound of it.

After reading an article in our newspaper this week, shipping issues are NOT going to improve in 2022. Living in the Charleston, SC area, we are a port city and right now we have 30 ships out in the ocean waiting to come into the port to be off loaded. Once off loaded there will be enough trucks and drivers to deliver them to their destinations. There is a lot of containers setting on the Wando terminal and I-526 is pretty crowded with cargo haulers. There will be a lot of IFS again this year in getting products delivered and in the case of golf clubs where it requires numerous parts, time frames could double and triple. Simply because it could involve two or three different manufacturers. I know it has affected all of us and will continue to do so thru 2022. The question I have to ask myself and the choice I have to make is; do I order clubs, regardless of the brand? Knowing what I know now, I have to think about it. If I do, I need to tell myself to set back, expect the unexpected and not to worry about something I nor the manufacturer have no control over. With respect to all parties. =)

Called about the order in October... Titleist rep said shafts are the hold up and we have a PO coming in... I'm putting your clubs on priority, you'll have the clubs by Thanksgiving... no joy.
Called about the order in December... Titleist rep said specified grips are the issue.. I said put any grip on the clubs I don't care... OK, I'm putting your clubs on priority and you'll have the clubs but end of January... no joy.
Called today about the order... Titleist rep said the X100 is the issue and we are getting a PO of X100 at the beginning of March followed by manufacturing... I'm putting your clubs on priority, you'll have clubs by end of March.

I've always been polite with the reps through this as they really have no control over the situation, but at this point I'm losing my patience. I don't believe them when they say my clubs will be priority when the next shipment of X100 arrives, at this point I don't think they have any clue whatsoever as to what POs are en route or when they will arrive. Heck, I've seen instances discussed in this thread of orders of irons with X100 shafts that were placed months after my order and they are already fulfilled.... I mean come on... don't' tell me my order is in the priority queue when it obviously is not.

I'm venting because the golf season is a few weeks away and I have no irons...lol.... I sold my last set of T200 on 2ndSwing this winter figuring I'd surely have my new set by March 1st. So it looks like I'm going to have to find some used irons on eBay while I wait for the new clubs to to be fulfilled. Anyhow, Titleist has had $1,900 for 6+ months and no delivery of product.... the only thing I've received from them is a cheap bag towel and half-truths from their customer service reps. Disappointed.

    Sorry to hear that.

Some people have better luck with their orders. I received irons and 58' Vokey wedge in Feb that placed order in September 2021.

I was waiting for 52' Vokey wedge and found out today that it delayed until April again.

I emailed to cancel the Vokey wedge because there is no point of waiting previous version of wedge for 7 months.

Moreover, my disappointment with Titleist is that they never updated my order status. I had to email/call them to find out. No communication whatsoever. So far, my experience with Titleist is subpar.
  16. I ordered on 1/10/22. 620MB 4-P, Project X 6.0, 1* Up, ZCord Grips. Connected with my rep today, who was kind to follow up quickly. Heads and grips are no problem, but shafts won’t arrive until April. No similar products available. Projected arrival now late April. So, that will be approximately 16 weeks from order. I do plan to wait because I feel a little trapped - and of course want the sticks, but in hindsight this would likely have been easier to complete independent of Titleist.

I realize many have waited much longer at this point. I’m more disappointed that Titleist seems to feel that people should be happy to wait when other companies are delivering more quickly. I do understand the supply chain issues are significant, but the shafts in question are readily available from the PGA Superstore. There just doesn’t seem to be any urgency, and it’s disappointing for such premium products.

"shafts in question are readily available from the PGA Superstore."

Well, I hope there is an option to buy head only. I can get the shaft that backordered from other stores.

Just a follow up to my post above concerning the 8/10/21 T100S order.... The clubs arrived today and look great, so 6 1/2 months, but regardless I'm happy they finally arrived and looking foreword to getting them out on the course ASAP.

Now I'm going to have to unload the 716 MBs I bought on eBay last week as my spring-time contingency plan...LOL. Oh well, they were only a couple hundred bucks and I think I'll be able to sell them for about the same, or send them up the 2ndSwing to help pay for some SM9s.
  19. I ordered a set of t300 with Mitsubishi graphite shaft from my local retailer on November 13, 2021. It is late February and they don't know when they may arrive. Over 12 weeks. And now they are tentatively predicting mid-March. Is that normal?
  20. Yes that is normal. It has been like that since Sept last year. Promises of 5-6 weeks delivery. Then, no heads, then no shafts. Then shafts due on x-date, then shafts due on x-date.

I ended up changing shafts to ones they had in stock. Order confirmed in writing with a 10 day lead time, so should be with me towards the end of next week.

Finally caved and had my order canceled. Ordered T100 heads and kbs $taper black shafts on Sept 11. There was never an indication they were ever arriving so I since purchased another set of new T100 heads and a set of Kbs flt black shafts. Cost a bit more in the long run, but at least I know I will have my set for the start of the season. As much as I tried to switch to a different brand, here I am still with Titleist
  22. Update: After 10 1/2 months, and switching my order from the previous version T100S to the new T100S, I FINALLY got the call…my clubs have arrived! Although I unfortunately didn’t receive ProVs or anything for my patience like some others have mentioned on here, I am excited to finally have them in hand and looking forward to getting them out on the course ASAP!

I know this is a crazy time right now and everyone is experiencing issues, but I just wanted to share my experience with Titleist and how disappointed I've been throughout this entire process. Ordered my set of irons first of October through my local golf shop. Was told 8-10 weeks and to expect delivery around Christmas but maybe right after.

Reach out to rep 1/4 - heads and grips are in just waiting on Project X shafts. Expected to deliver 1/27

Reach out 2/8 and was told shafts are in but going through inspection and to call back next week.

2/15 still being inspected wait another week.

2/22 my rep was told that clubs are in production and to expect shipment in 7-10 days! Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel.

on 2/28 my golf shop reaches back out to see if shipped and get this, Titleist tells my rep that they are still waiting on shafts to arrive and clubs are NOT in production. Newest ship date for expected shaft is 3/9 with clubs potentially going out end of March/first of April. What is going on up there people?! I've had a bag full of Titleist for 15 years and have never experienced such disappointment and lack of communication with a billion dollar company like this. This is simply unreal.

Want to know what customer service look like? My local shop I ordered them through cancelled my order, bc Titleist is not honest and will lie about your order, and pulled a stock set of T200 irons off of their shelves, took them apart, and custom built my clubs with the project x shafts (extended 3/4 inch) since they are able to order shafts that Titleist can't, and made my order in 2 days.

It's simply amazing how Titleist can't manage their inventory or communicate with customers. My hope is someone at Titleist sees this and maybe it makes an impact somewhere. I've got 13 Titleist clubs in my bag and love each one, but I'm not so sure I'll be jumping up and down to replace this other brand Driver I wanted to do next with a Tsi. No apologies. No we messed up. They just blamed the prior rep for "not knowing what she was talking about". This is who is representing your company now Titleist.

Just to add to the story here. I ordered and was fitted for t300 graphite irons on Jan 13th at Golf Galaxy really the only place around me for that sort of thing. In mid February I went into the store to just check on the order was told they call every week to check the status so if I heard nothing from them then things were good. End of February when the clubs were to arrive no clubs stop in and ask. Get told mid April. Stop in again this week because still have heard nothing now maybe mid may. No heads and no shafts.
At this point Titleist needs to be ,ore forthcoming with what is happening. I am really starting to see more places then just clubs that saying supply chain issues is just a way of saying bad customer service they are unwilling to fix. This is the first time I have been fitted for clubs and I would, like them for this gold season. At this point I don’t think they will ever show up because it will just be more and more excuses

I placed my order for the 2021 T300 irons with Recoil 65 F3 shafts, 1 degree up on February 9th. Quoted 8 weeks lead time. On Friday got confirmation they were shipped by FedEx and should arrive on March 24th. So, in my case it will be just over 6 weeks. As I understand it the issue with my order was the availability of the Recoil shafts. Special thanks to Titleist for shipping them out sooner. I an excited to get on the range with them hopefully Thursday evening.
  28. I'm 66 - a remnant from the persimmon and balata days - was once a 2 handicap - higher now - ordered T100 irons with px lz 5.0 steel shafts last October - also a tsi 15 degree "3 wood" and got that right away - still waiting on the irons - our assistant pro called and was told the shafts and heads should be available in March and they "should" ship by the end of March - would be really happy to get them before the Masters - here's hoping - ordered my first set of clubs from the Austad catalog in 1968 - took less than a week but I'm sure it seemed like months to me back then - Anyway - I hope we all receive our orders really soon - God Bless you all

After 6 months of waiting I was finally told my clubs were in production. After 2 weeks of being in production, I was told my clubs were back to waiting on shafts. I cancelled my order right after that. Incredibly disappointed in this company and what you get out of your money. I'm thankful for my local golf shop who was able to build a custom set, of which titleist cannot do anymore.

I feel your pain. I cancelled portion of my order for the same reason.

Not only that I was very disappointed by their packaging.

When I received an iron set (629 MB and CB combo), they just put brown paper not even around clubs but under them. Bubble head covers were out of place and an iron 5 face has small nip.

Compared to other company, their packaging is just joke. I am not sure if I'd stay with Titleist anymore.

    ordered 1/27/22

    t100s 4-gw
    dynamic gold 120 s300 +.5"
standard tour velvet 360, shipped in box
    standard loft
    .5 degree flat

was given 12 week est. over 8 week because of adjustments.

    received 4/2/22

mine were well packaged, so i don't know if they fixed something or what, plastic with bubble wrap, individual cardboard head separators.

i hope more people start having experiences more similar to mine.

can't wait to break them in.

I ordered mine directly from titleist on this websight. don't know if that makes a difference or maybe just the shaft choice.
  35. Military
Well this is concerning. I got fitted on 3/26/22 for RH T100S with AMT Black shaft. Titleist rep said a huge shipment of those shafts had just arrived and gave me a 6/6/22 shipping date when I ordered them. Ridiculously excited, but also now a bit nervous about how long it will actually be before I'm swinging them...
  36. I have been waiting for over 4 months for my T100-s irons.
  37. My order is now nearing 13 weeks. Just spoke to a person that ordered a week after I did - same PX 6.0 shaft that has been missing for me for the past couple of months - got his sticks about three weeks ago.

It’s so difficult to understand what is going on here. I don’t even have an estimated delivery date and they definitely aren’t in production. What is the deal?
  38. PZ

    PZ

I agree there is no reasoning to anything that's going on with these orders. I had a friend that ordered a combo 100s/200 in Jan and received them in 3 weeks.
