Ordered my T300s with AM(2) blue on Feb 24th. Received them Monday!! About ten weeks. As a fitter working for a major retailer, it is an industry wide issue.. Shafts are delayed, grips are delayed, getting workers back to work is also a major issue, and most manufacturers are running at 50-75% capacity. Some customer service reps are working remotely as facilities can have only so many workers in the building. It is an unprecedented time.

After I fit anyone, for any club, stock or otherwise, they are coached that 4-8 weeks should be your expectation; anything received before then you should be grateful. As of today I may have a less than 10 of any size grip (Winn) and zero stock of golf pride or lamkin. I am turning away business and customers may not be understanding. These issues are out of the control of all manufacturers.

Added to this issue, golf has grown over 30% within the past year. It is even difficult to get tee times! These new to golf players added to the reduction of inventory as 30% growth is never considered when manufacturing for a future year. Figuring that lefties account for 5-8 % of the golf population adding in more lefties hurt that segment of the business as well. Even the used club market is stretched thin.

It’s not just golf, anyone try to buy weights or other items for home gyms? The demand outweighs the inventory. I get a truck once a week, where as before it was two to three per week.

Maybe this will shed some light on what’s happening industry wide, not just our brand, Titleist.

    My time is up..thank you
  2. I received perfect information from the clubmakinhg department in regardds to my T100-S order. It came the very week they said it would and i only had to wait 2 extra weeks to receive my order. Not bad during a global pandemic
  3. T300's ordered March 9. Today is 10 weeks. Hoping I'm like Manny, above...and 10 is the magic number.
  4. Hi,

Ordered the same set as you, Chris.
    Any updates on your delivery?
  5. Last update I received was a phone call I made to Titleist on May 10. I was told they were waiting on my shafts, which they "expected to arrive" the following week. Needless to say, I haven't seen them and haven't been contacted about a tracking # or further delay. Sure glad I paid for the 2 day shipping! Ha. Maybe they'll send me a brand new bag to put them in...I could use one Titleist!
  6. I place an order on February 13, 2021 for a custom set of LH T300 irons 4-P, 48W and still have not received them. I was told 4-6 weeks when I purchased them and have been told 3 different dates that they will ship. Anytime I contact the dealer I purchased them through, the only answer I get is we will contact you when they ship. I hate to be this was but, I’m going to give them one more week to have them in my bag or I’m going to cancel my order and go a different route.
  7. Tyler,

I ordered my T-300 irons LH 5-PW and a 48W with a +1/2 length shafts on April 6, 2021 and was told it would be 10 weeks. On May 25 the local golf retailer I purchased them from contacted me and told me the similar story as other posts where the bottleneck is the steel shafts and that there are plenty of heads in stock. Their revised date for delivery that Titleist was telling them was the end of August.

One solution my retailer provided was to look at last year’s model for the shafts. Not only did this work but it also didn’t have the $15 per club fee attached to it for the 2021 Nippon Neo 950 shafts. My golf game is not that refined where I’d be able to tell the difference between this year’s and last year’s model so I told him to make the switch. After that change I received my clubs on June 3. Something to consider as most custom fitted clubs probably won’t ship for a while. Good luck!

Going a different route might mean the same results. This is a worldwide issue not just a Titleist problem. Worked an event at a local golf course for the Ronald McDonald House Charity Event this week. The tee gifts were golf shoes and we told the participants that the delivery could be at least a month and all were corporate teams and they said we are having the same issues on deliveries also. Said on products said they were use to getting their orders in two weeks and now it can be up to two months for their customers. So might be best just to wait it out. With respect to the worldwide delivery issues, as it has affected supplier heavily as well as the consumer. The retail accounts need to be more upfront the customer, when ordering and when you the customer checks up on the order with them. Just my opinion. It is on the way is not a good response. I personally think six week out minimum from order date is very realistic with no guarantee due to the products coming in from overseas. If it is not in by that time frame, I would check with the Titleist retail account and get an update. I too have products on order with projected dates and am anxiously awaiting the FedEx truck. But I am not giving up on the Acushnet brands. Guess you can call me a Titleist and FJ snob, or better yet loyalist. With respect.
  9. Ordered my t100s irons on may30th, just checked with Titleist customer service yesterday and they expect a shipment of heads to arrive on June 21st. I verified they had the KBS shaft I ordered along with the grips. Guessing they must have close to a gazillion back orders to fill because none of the golf retailer’s still have the custom option available. Would have bought a standard set except they didn’t have anything but stiff shafts. Keeping my fingers crossed they arrive in early July. Good luck to all but the word of the month is patience. This is like waking up on Christmas morning and finding out Santa isn’t coming for another month.
  10. i hope you are right about the t100s heads, i ordered mine the beginning of April and my delivery date came and went and i do not have an updated ship date
  11. I was fitted and ordered a set of T300 irons on April 6th. I was told 3-4 weeks, but it's not been 2 months and still can't get a solid answer on when/why there is delays in the clubs? There was some custom tweaks to them, but surely that isn't causing this 3 month delay?

When Old Tom Morris was hammering out a Niblick for the guy down the road, I wonder how social media would have reacted to his delays for material and/or construction? "Dang, what do you mean you took a boat ride to England to play in a tournament when I need my Niblick? 3 months is unacceptable!" Just wondering....

Well the mashie niblicks are a lot harder to hammer out, but a simple niblick should be easy enough! :)
I like your analogy, Dale. But to take it one step further, if Old Tom told me it would take three months when I ordered it, I'd be okay with three months. If he told me 6-8 weeks, and I was still waiting 3 months later, I'd be a bit peeved. I think some of the communications issues rest with the retailer/fitter who isn't being totally honest when they make their predictions on delivery times, realizing that predictions become promises in the ears of the buyer.
    Cheers.
  14. Custom T-300's...yesterday was 15 weeks. Grips fell in the ocean. Shafts were backordered. I'm sure the heads are the next delay. Still hoping whenever they arrive, there's a brand new bag with them! Ha. Trip to Tellico Village mid-July....just hope the new irons get to go with me.

  16. After buying the Tsi3 driver end of last year, I decided to build me new Titleist bag. Ordered 2 SM8 wedges and a Tsi3 fairway wood at my local club om March 10th 2021. Received the 2 wedges after 4 weeks.
On April 15th 2021 I did a fitting for my Titleist irons at another pro shop. The irons came 4 weeks later.

Still waiting on my fairwaywood though..... order on March 10th and no update at all from my local pro shop. Patience is running out a bit.

On May 3rd, ordered U-510 bent one degree stronger (17), received 6/26. Can't wait to try it out.
  20. It seems like the driver and fairway wood shafts have long lead times. Finally got my driver shaft after 9 weeks (Tensei AV raw white proto 2.0 75TX). Waiting on the fairway shaft (85TX proto 2.0). Been 5 weeks and Titleist said shafts are now in stock but depends on where you are in que to get shipped. Estimated it would be another 2 weeks. Good news products are being shipped, bad news is having long wait to receive. Been told by friend at a golf retailer all mfg are having the same issues.
  21. Ordered my custom t100s on May 1et and still have not seen anything. Called Titleist and told me that the heads are still on back order that were suppose to come in June 21st. So not sure when I will get my clubs now.
  22. You might check back with them, apparently the grips I requested were now out of stock. Picked something close and verified I was in the production que and the build time was a week to a week and a half. TSI 100s, is what I ordered as well and with all of the component delays bet the rollout of the new models will be slower than normal. These clubs seem to be in high demand, there are almost no used sets on the market…..fingers crossed the come sooner than later.

    Well,
My order for a T400 5 Iron with Mitsubishi Fubuki MV IR 55 was placed through Carl's Golf Land on 7 April 2021. I called Titleist last week (21 June 2021) and was informed that they had finally received the shaft and head to assemble and ship my T400 5 iron. Titleist Tracking number 3018937345. They said it won't be too long and once assembled, would ship the club directly to me. I was overjoyed! I called again this morning (28 June 2021) and spoke with Felicia and was informed that whomever I spoke with last week was incorrect. They don't expect the heads until late August. Felicia asked with whom I had spoken, but of course, I figure Titleist knows what they are doing and are honest, so I didn't see a need to write down the name. Now I am dismayed and disheartened. Incredible.
  24. I ordered T200s back on 5/14 was told June 7 then June 21 now no ship date available still waiting. I regret the purchase already!
  25. I am starting to regret my purchase as well. I am past 10 weeks on my sm8 wedges.

I ordered a TSi3 10 degree driver with Tensei White 65 stiff shaft, standard 2 weeks ago and am optimistic it will
be in relatively quick ( 3-4 weeks ) . The pro at my club said he orders them with the grip in the box to speed up shipment so every little detail helps. I re-grip my clubs anyway so I rather it that way.

Anyone have an idea where they are on drivers with Lead Times ?

As some have said in posts above.. Its a shortage of raw materials worldwide, the Suez Canal blunder and other incidents that have caused delays.. Im at 8 weeks waiting for a Vokey T and it'll be here when it gets here..... Patience folks!
