I didn't take the game of golf all that serious for a long time. Even though I've worked at the same course for 24 and a half years. I had a set of Wilson Pro Staff. But when I got serious, I went all in with Titleist. AP1s, 716. 915 driver and 3 wood, and 816 hybrids. They all went in my black Titleist bag. The only thing I need to complete my bag, is a new Scotty!! TT has always been like I was talking and listening to family. I must admit, I really miss Kathy. She was so helpful with my first fitting and everything else!!
    Play Well,

  2. I have had Titleist since the early 60’s with the ball and Bullseye putter. I have all Titleist in my bag including an original Bullseye. I also have a second Bullseye. I can even remember your first irons the 100’s. I also had Titleist sand wedge. I don’t remember the year of the irons and sand wedge it was 70’s or 80’s. There were no other lofts but 55 or 56.

I played the professional 90 balls, but my first club was the 975 D. Great memories!

    Hey Team Titleist,

What does it mean to our PGA TOUR Staff to be a part of Team Titleist? Well, when we asked some of our Brand Ambassadors recently at the TOUR launch of the new T-Series irons, what we heard is that it isn’t just about playing the #1 irons on TOUR, it’s about being a part of a team that thrives on a full level of trust and an enduring commitment to always getting better. It’s family.

But don’t just take it from me, check out the video above to hear from Justin Thomas, Adam Scott, Jordan Spieth, Patrick Cantlay, Cameron Smith, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Charley Hoffman, Scott Stallings, Peter Uihlein and more!

We also want to hear from you, Team Titleist! Let us know: What was the first Titleist product you put in your golf bag? How long have you been playing Titleist and why? What made you become a part of Team Titleist?

I started using titleist when I was 11 . That was back in 1969 , I started working for a pro named Kent Casey , it was his first job as a pro at madisonville country club . Kent needed a helper and as he lived across the street from my family I became his assistant in the shop . Kent is the one who taught me the game and using this ball way back then . As time moved On he moved up in the world and became one of the top teaching pros In the country , working at congressional country club . I owe all this to him and me still loving the game more today at 61 than any time and still using titleist . (prov1x)

It all started with a sleeve of Titleist balls as a teenager couldnt afford a dozen back then. I was 16. So been playing something titlest for 41 years. Had a mixed bag up until 2004 then I went to a demo day worked with a rep for about an hour. Ordered a complete bag that day and for 15 years been a Ttileist loyalist ever since. Not sure when I joined Team Titleist but it's been several years ago.

My first was a Bullseye somewhere around 1972. I added persimmon woods one which broke in two on the range prepping for a college match. It was replaced at no cost which so impressed me I've been loyal ever since. My entire bag is now titleist. I enjoy the team titleist experience for news, tips and the community on social media.
  7. So I started with the Scotty Cameron putter many years ago along with the Titleist ball. In the spring of 2018 I made my first hole in one at Glen Abbey in Canada (Home of the Canadian Open) with the Prov1. I had previously tested the X and Y titleist ball and this year I tried the new limited test ball. With the X and Y, I preferred the Y. With this years ball, it played very close to the 1X.
I was a college coach and many of my players played the Titleist clubs which they prefered poverties the TM.
I like to test equipment because when you get regular players to test, you should get better feed back.

  8. I started using the Titleist golf balls many years ago gradually moving to the Prov1x. This ball with the multilayer has a better reaction off my club than maoist other balls. About 25 years ago I put the Scotty Cameron putter in my bag and that was a great improvement,
A few years ago, I tested the X and Y balls. I preferred the Y ball. This past year, I got a dozen of the limited edition unmarked test ball. I felt they balled like the ProV1x. How about someone else?
  9. I was first introduced to golf when I was in my late 20's, and now I'm 64. I tried a lot of clubs and irons, and Yonex was my first full set of clubs, but I used Titleist wedges, png mallet putter, Bobby Jones hybrids and Cleveland driver. I still have all these clubs because it was hard to part with these in my earliest beginnings with playing golf. Even though I have moved irons, and hybrids, and driver, my Titleist wedges have stayed in my bag. Maybe I need to look at Titleist for all my golfing needs. New Year is just around the corner and I will easily make it a goal for 2020. I'll work hard for it so I can reach my new years' goal. Thanks Titleist for all the wonderful years! Cheers!

Started playing when just about 50 years ago around age 11. First thing I ever played from Titleist was the Acushnet Club Special Golf Ball. I had a mish mash of hand me down clubs. In high school I think them kept me around the team as a freshman as kind of a mascot. My clubs were a set of Ram Lightning 500 that I bought the whole set 2-9 & 3 laminated woods for $89 at Spags, a local store. The high school team, as well as the college team gave us nothing but Titleist balls all along. So I continued with them. Also they're made locally. As I got smarter and better I got a Titleist Bullseye heavy putter. Loved it. Was given a set of Hogans for a birthday, from pile of relatives, then years ago when I joined my Club and the pro was a Titleist Staff member, It's been Titleist ever since, throughout the bag. Like the Titleist Tour Ambassadors said, Titleist was good and loyal to them, so they stayed loyal to Titleist. I can say the same. My Titleist Pro, the Titleist Rep, TT Staff, Titleist Fitting Staff, have all been good to me, so I continue to remain loyal to Titleist. It helps too that they make the finest products available too, so no compromise is needed.

Ive been playing with Titleist Golf Balls from as long as I can remember playing (Since I was 14 or so). My first Titleist clubs in my bag was in 1991 with DCI 981’s. From there I added Titleist woods and evolved to my current bag with 14 Titleist clubs. I have 8 Scotty Cameron Putters and 2 sets of Titleist clubs in my garage bags for when my friends travel and visit. All my golf bags are Titleist now, including my Staff Bag that holds all my Scotty Cameron Putters and spare Vokey wedges (Thank You Team Titleist for the bag!). I love the look and quality of Titleist - That is why I own and play the equipment.

Turned 13 in the late 60's and started working at a club on Long Island doing a variety of tasks until working in the shop after high school. Once in the shop took a greater interest in playing the game and remember the promise each Titleist golf ball held when first teed up. Back then there were far fewer choices in the golf ball world and the Titleist logo on each and every ball was then and still is the class of the field.

My first Titleist club I bought new was a 3 wood in the early-mid 90s.
Me, my dad, my bro, and everyone else loved it.

I have been playing Titleist for 41 years. My wife purchased a set 2-PW of Titleist Tour Blades back in 1978. Have never deviated. First Driver was a Titleist Driver wood with an Aluminum insert. I have found this is the best equipment IMO and have actually converted many of my golfing friends to Titleist..
