  1. Super bowl Sunday we decided to play early at Salt Creek Golf Course in San Diego. I managed to eagle 2 of the 4 par 5s!! Eli Manning went on to win the Super Bowl but I know he has never gotten 2 eagle in the same round!!
  2. Double eagle on a par five.
  3. Several years ago, my wife and I were playing a local muni. She does not play very often, so it was a treat. It became even better when we played a short par three of about 120 yards. Using a gap wedge, I hit a high shot directly at the flag.

Now the front of the green was raised and hid the the hole from view. I knew it would be close, and when we got to the green and didn’t see the ball, my wife let out a scream and said “it’s in the hole”. Sure enough it was. It was also my first hole in one!

What's your biggest moment with your Pro V1?

We asked this question to our social media community earlier this week and received some awesome answers - whether it be that first hole-in-one, a club championship or teeing it up for the first time on that bucket list course. In addition, some of these moments you may be familiar with:

"@jimmywalkerpga: Winning the 2016 PGA Championship"

    "@webbsimpson: Winning the US Open"

"@justinthomas34: Getting a dozen of golden #ProV1x for my pga win. Loved that"

Whether or not your biggest moment made headlines or was just shared on the course, we want to hear from you! Let us know your biggest moment in the comments below.

My first hole in one! After 50+ years of playing golf.
  5. Made it a goal this year to shoot my age - 71. Playing with my brother, a scratch handicap, in mid-June kept me focused as I cruised around the front nine even par. Still only one over after thirteen when lightening struck - 14: Birdie; 15: Eagle; 16: Birdie; 17: Birdie; 18: lip out par! 67!!!! I still get chills reviewing every shot of the round.

I had two "Moments" equally special to me. The first was on September 4, 2005. I eagled the par 4, 18th hole, with a 4 iron, playing a Pro V1 - 392, #1 ball. The second was on September 24, 2008, par 3, 12th hole using a 6 iron, playing a Pro V1, #1 ball. What made it special was I said to myself, "That's perfect" when I hit it and it was.

I'm due for a special "Moment", maybe this September.

Winning our Member-Member shoot out, with a clutch short shot on a par-3 (partner sinks birdie putt in alternate-shot format), then an intimidating drive cutting a slight dogleg on the final hole. Our competitors folded at that point, dubbing shot after shot. The hole -- and victory -- conceded shortly after.

For me it was when I was playing with my two young sons years ago. Par 3, 165 yds uphill and we all hit to a hole where we couldn't see the cup. Walking together to the green we saw only two balls, walked to the hole and found my Pro V1 in the cup. Great memory to share with my boys.
  11. Finally got the elusive Ace at one of my favorite courses in San Diego. Eastlake country club gives you the flag and a nice letter to acknowledge the accomplishment! I went even further and put everything I used that day in a shadow box just in case I may never get another one!!

  12. My biggest moment playing my Pro V1 was today, when I shot a two over par 74 in a tournament. My best round ever!
  13. The day is shot 33 on the front missing 2 putts from 5 feet, then headed to the back to shoot 31 and tie that 9’s record at -6. 64 My lowest round ever and missed tying the course record by 1. But through all of that I was more excited for my buddy to shoot in the 70’s for his first time.

  15. As many players have had great moments play so have I with my Titleist equipment and ProV1 balls. However, the most memorable was when I was playing with my son Andy and two good friends We were on the 170 yard par three 18th hole of my course. My son and I were playing from the back tees. Our two friends were playing the middle tees and remained in their cart while Andy I teed off. I hit my 6 iron. It bounced three times and rolled into the hole. Andy said "dad I think it went in".
Unfortunately, our two friends were talking and missed the shot. When we got to the green our friends asked where was my ball. I said I didn't know and said it probably went over the green. Andy grinned as went went looking for my ball. When didn't we find it. One of our friends said it was a lost ball and I should back to the tee and take a stroke and distance penalty. I agreed and told them to put out while I was heading back to the tee. Andy was closer to the hole so he pulled the flag and yelled "It went in the hole" we told our friends they should pay attention to the game and not talk politics.
When we got to the Pro Shop one of my friends bought me a dozen of ProV1s as we celebrated with a drink.
