    Whiffing a Fairway 3-wood at Broken Sound CC New Course. The ball didn't move! Embarrassing.

    I was playing with 3 buddies at Stoney Creek in Virginia. Playing from the blue tees, we had a par 3 of 175 yards over water with some wind in our faces. I thinned a 5 iron into the water and after waiting for the other 3 to tee off, I drilled a (now 4 iron) into the hole for a par! After playing for over 50 years and having a handicap as low as 4, I still have not had a hole-in-one, so this is the closest!! Also kept us in the match with that par.

    After playing this game for over 45 years, 14 years of that as a PGA Club Professional and Titleist staff member I finally made my first hole in one with my trusty Pro V1.

    Round of 69 with a hole in one on number 5.
    An emotional day since it was my first and only hole in one. With my son along for the day it couldn't have been better!

    Getting a Double Eagle on my home course - 483 yard par 5. A 4 iron from about 210 landed just short of the green and rolled up on the green, approached the flag stick, and just disappeared. I was far enough away that I wasn't exactly sure what happened, so I started walking up. There was a light spot on the green that I assumed was my ball and the light had just played tricks on me. But, the closer I got I realized it was a leaf on the green. Slowly walked up to the pin, looked in and sure enough there was my Titleist ProV1 (number 3) in the hole. One of the Best Day's ever. I can't say that I have ever had a hole in one in 40 years of golfing, but I can now claim a double eagle, which is even better :)

    I had my first hole in one on February 15 2020 at my club. It was a 163 yard using a 7 iron.

    I have had 5 Holes in Ones in my lifetime, all of them with Titleist golf balls, 2 of them with ProV1s the other 3 were with 90 compression Titleist Balata golf balls.

    The "most recent biggest moment in golf using a Pro V1x" was on my birthday June 18th.
    I started off with birdie on two of the first three holes. It occurred to me that it was an opportunity to shot my birthday on my home course which Jonesboro Country Club which celebrated its centennial birthday last year.
    It turned out better than I thought even though I had been particular well this spring/summer. I shot 68 against a par 71 hole course. It is a day in golf that will always be a favorite.

    I had always played whatever ball was cheap until I was going to represent my course in their version of Ryder cup. The man I was teamed up with for alternate shot said he would not play with the ball I was using so I had to hit Pro V1 balls for the tournament. On one of the par 3’s 182 yards long I hit a six iron 3’ past the hole and it pulled back into the hole. My 1st hole in one. I was sold on the ball instantly and it is the only ball I play now. The other ball I used to play never backed up at all.

    My only Hole-in-One 10 years ago. Cottonwood Hills in Bozeman, Montana. Hole #14, 140 yards, 8 iron. My picture here shows me holding my ball and the flag right after pulling the ball out of the hole.

    For me it was June 27, 2018. I am playing with my son who is not very good (yet) and my two brother in laws. We play religiously twice per week. My one brother in law has 2 hole in ones and the other 1 hole in one all on the same hole #4 at Paxon Hollow the site of our Men's league.

    As you can imagine i did not have one, until that day. See attached. Its great to be in the club, FINALLY. Even more special to share the experience with my Son, who is now much better and we are enjoying our time on the links.

    Par 5 had 268 yards to the pin. Hit my driver off the deck to 10” of the hole. One of the sweetest eagles I’ve had.

    I was on a par 5 hit a 3 wood 265 couple of bounces and rolled in for an albatross that pro v1 is sitting on my desk
