WGT by Top Golf. (Usually play late evening.) It is extremely accurate with regard to the actual topography of the real courses that one can play, e.g., Erin Hills, The Old Course St. Andrews and Wolf Creek, just to name a few. If you were to play these courses many times on the computer, then would actually play them in real life, you would have some valuable insight on where to position your shots. (I've attached two images of Wolf Creek's (Mesquite, Nevada, USA) signature, Par 3, 8th Hole (152/217/248yd)(139/198/227m); one from the WGT - Top Golf game and one that I captured two years ago. Disclaimer: I have absolutely zero affiliation with any of these courses and/or WGT - Top Golf.

Showing my age a little. Played Tiger Woods 99' on pc way back when. Started playing on a tablet I had for a while but when I couldn't get any better without spending money I stopped playing. Like others I'd much rather be outside enjoying the weather at least. My game.....sometimes.

I have yet to experience a golf video game
  12. Played the Jack Nicklaus game on the original nintendo back in the early '90's. Enjoyed the Tiger games quite a bit - '04, '07 and '15 masters edition. Tried the WGT on the phone, great graphics for a mobile app, but not that much fun. I got the new pgatour game for the kids, but havent tested it out yet. I think its really cool to be able to play courses you are familar with or have even played in real life to be able to play the video game version. In the PNW winter time is video game time.
  13. I play the golf games on Xbox, when the new golf game comes out I will be buying it to play during the winter months to keep me entertained.

played a little WGT online as well, and have had the golf clashon my phone in the past.
  14. The older Tiger Woods games were a lot of fun. There hasn't been anything like that for a while though unfortunately

Any chance I get. Some of them are unrealistic yet fun games and then some of the games for the Playstation are more realistic. I enjoy all of them at different times!

I played The Golf Club 2019 on Xbox One during lockdown. It helped me a little with my golf fix when the courses were closed.

I'll probably buy the new version due in August (I think) as well if it's any good.

Nothing beats real golf, but it's fun on rainy days or in the winter.
