Happy New Year to all TT members and staff,

Thanks for making 2020 more bearable with posts and comments.

    My 2020:

Rounds played = 80 (well we were in lockdown for 3 months and then tee times were hard to get.
Favourite course played = Tidworth Garrison, in Wiltshire England. Frist time I've played it and lovely course and friendly clubhouse.
Lowest Score of 2020 = 84 at home club. Must of scored this a handful of times.
#1 Goal for 2021 = Break 80 at home course.

No #TT events in UK this year but I did some bag testing for Titleist and had a fitting for TSi metals at St Ives HQ.

My #ProvingIt goals for 2020 were dashed by Covid, but played consistently with a few comp wins and runner up in the Society Order of Merit, even though I played one less event than the winner.

Picked up a couple of trophies from my club (see Pics) for my efforts. One the Poppy Classic as part of my clubs donation to Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal in November, and the Seniors Bandit of the Year for most successful player of the year in qualifying competitions.

  15. Happy New Year Team Titleist! I would say the best part about 2020 was actually during shutdown. My golf game was at its best when I was in high school and I had the time and energy to play constantly. Then my career took over and it my golf game was put on the back burner. The worst part was that I lost my love for the game, not because I didn’t enjoy it but because I forgot how invigorating and exciting golf can be. When we shut down, I finally slapped together a net that I received as a house warming present and boom! My love for the game came back after a few days of hitting balls in the backyard.

    Total # of Rounds Played: 65 (April-December)
Favorite Course Played: Cascata Golf Club in Las Vegas (Boulder City, NV)
    Lowest Score of 2020: 76
#1 Golf Goal for 2021: Get my wife into the game!

Like many, I did not have the to play much golf until the fall, having only two rounds in by Labor Day. I did have one highlight for my short season, and that was recording my second hole in one!

My last round was in early December, and I feel like I’m hitting the ball pretty well, considering the lack of play.

For 2021, I look forward to working on my short game, and trying to get back into the form I had a half dozen years ago. I’ve lost some length as I approach 60, but I’d like to think exercise, stretching and practice can recover most of it.

Happy New Year everyone - hope to maybe see you out the course!

Haven't been golfing for too long but last year I was able to play almost every day after work. That combined with lessons helped lower my scores but messed with them alot. Just trying to implement what's taught during practice sessions/lessons can be frustrating and very tough. Defintely looking forward to my game this new year.

Total Rounds .......... 50 (play on weekdays after work, course is 5 mins away)
Favorite Course ...... Marine Mememrial Golf Course
    Lowest Score .......... 82
#1 goal ...................... More consistanty with long irons/woods.
