About the only silver lining wrapped inside Covid-19 was the time that got freed up for me... Quite frankly, I played more rounds in 2020 than I did during the 10 years from 2005 to 2005 - LOL!

    Total Rounds - 110
Favorite Course - Wanamaker Course at PGA Village - Didn't play well, but it was fantastic.
    Lowest Score - 73
    #1 Goal - Reduce GHIN to 3.0

I dabbled with 3.0 for a stretch in late July (3.7), but it's back at 7.2 now. Sloppy golf near the back end of the year.

No significant equipment changes, replaced a couple of wedges. I was able to play probably 60+ rounds.
In October, I had my best score, shooting 1 under with a Hole-in-One ( career 3rd).
ProV1* is still the best ball in golf.
I played my best golf all year in the month of December (6 rounds for a total +8), a couple of even par rounds.
All in all a good year.

  3. Entering the 2020 season with brand new volkey sm7 wedges I was optimistic for the new season. I dropped my handicap from 13 to 6 by the end of the season, so I think it’s safe to say those wedges helped! I recently purchased a brand new TSi3 driver and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up and the courses to reopen to finally rip it straight down the fairway!

    Total Rounds: 54
    Favorite Course: Lake Superior National
    Lowest Score: 74
#1 Goal: increase accuracy and distance off the tee with my brand new TSi3 driver!
  4. Played 289 rounds in 2020. Shot my age all but 5 of them. Best round was 63. My favorite course is my home course, Quivira in Cabo San Lucas.

    * Is the " 2020 Year in Review " Contest still in effect? Thanks!
  9. 2020 was a year for golf to grow in leaps and bounds. For my group, it meant playing in different states each weekend until our state lifted the ban on play.

Played in over 125 rounds this year. Continued my improvement working with a Golftech Coach. And started a strength, and conditioning at the gym I belong to.

Broke 80 for the first time. Making par on the final hole.

Highlight of the year. Play Las Vegas on a golf vacation. The first day, 18 holes, in 104 degree temperature.

Was just fit for the new Titleist TSI3 driver and 3 wood for Christmas! Best wifey ever...Saw some moderate club head and ball speed gains but the main thing that I noticed is they were consistent.
