  2. I have been a disciple of the Pro V1x for years. I received a couple of dozen left dash models as a gift and find the higher ball flight off the tee accompanied by seemingly better accuracy appealing. There is a bit more distance as well. I am presently assessing how the left dash reacts on the greens. So far a bit less spin to adjust to. The remarkable thing is that in the Pro V1 family there is such variety that we can make a choice depending solely on conditions on a given day.

We can't wait to see what you all have to say!

I was told by a PGA professional years ago to find a ball I liked and practice and play with as much as possible. That ball was and is the

Switched over to the Pro V1 no X, feels so good off the putter! Nothing plays like Titleist!

I have been playing the same ball for 2 years now. I haven't switched because I love it. Call me ancient but I still play the 2017-2018 Pro V1s.
  6. I just like the way the ball performs
  7. I voted for the AVX because I seem to gravitate back to it, especially on windy days. It just seems to hold its trajectory better in the wind. However, I can’t help but play the ProV1 and V1x when it just feels like one of those days. I play the ProV1 with absolute confidence, and the newest 2021 version is just phenomenal in every category. I also opted to try out the V1x left dash, just because…well, because, why not? I am still experimenting with it. I can say it’s certainly different from all the others. I have come to like how firm it feels off the driver. More distance? Hmmm…pretty close to all the other Vs for me.

I matched my low score of the season yesterday, 65, in very hot, humid, thick air. I was draggin’ my er, um…self to the 18th, and I was melted to the core, but my AVX was finding the center of the fairway, and middle of the greens, so I wasn’t about to quit. I was putting or chipping for birdie most of the round—and had a few more dropped, I would have matched my all time low score.

I am keeping that + handicap for now, and so much of it is because I have confidence in my Titleist ball and clubs. I have not upgraded my driver, fairway woods or hybrid since the TS2s went in the bag, and the T100/620MB/Vokey combo is still perfect for my game. Oh, yeah, and I totally love my new addition to the Scotty putter collection, the DelMar, it’s beautiful and boy, it can hunt.

I don’t have any reason to change any of my clubs or balls for now. Or, do I? Some of the new TSi lines are looking pretty sweet, pretty, pretty sweet. Ahhhh, maybe next season, or later this season. Or maybe later today, I’ll have some free time. I’ll go test them out.

Titleist, you’re still the one to beat in all categories.

A very good feel, durable, and responsive ball.

I played the Pro V1 until a few months ago when we had a ball fitting day at our club. I was given three balls to use without knowing what they were. To my surprise my best numbers by far came with the ProV1x and I’ve been playing them since then.
  10. Used these as an alternative to TP5x and what a waste of money. Scuff to easily

I was a big ProV1 fan until this season. I purchased a couple of dozen ProV1X to enter a golf bag raffle and really like the ball. I like how it feels more responsive on the club. It’s a winner for me as I’ve list 5 shots this year. I’m a happy golfer.

Playing v1x through this summer to help hold the faster greens
  14. I have always played with Titleist balls, but struggle with to much spin with driver in any of the Pro V range. So I have played with tour soft in its many slight changes over the last ten years. I do like the tour speed, and if it was the same price bracket as the tour soft. I think I would change. But don't quite see enough improvement at the minute to justify the extra cost over a full season.v

Great feel and consistency, finish lasts well, great length and feel
  16. What’s the difference between the AVX, which I currently play, and the left dash?

Treated myself to a sleeve of new Titleist Tour Speed balls on the advice of the Titleist custom fit app. What a difference, My next 4 rounds were the best I have played in the last 2 years.
Longer and straighter drives lead to increased confidence which in turn improved consistency. I am now a Titleist convert .
