This is a great thread. There are many reasons for brand loyalty, but generally, I am loyal to brands that I feel are loyal to me. Brands that value me as more than simply a consumer. EVERY experience that I have had with Titleist has been exceptional.

The quality of the products is absolutely top level. Like many, I really appreciate the two year product cycle. They upgrade products when there is actual improvement, not just marketing hype. Another significant factor is the development of clubs for all types of players. While Titleist will always be known as an enthusiasts brand, it is no longer just a ‘player’s’ brand. Even us mid-handicappers can benefit from their technology advances.

From time to time, I’ll try another brand, but I ALWAYS end up coming back to Titleist.
  2. In my experience, Titleist has a proven track record of providing quality performance and been a leader in every product category in which they compete. Innovation and operating on the cutting edge of technology has always been a strong point. I expect the future is bright for Titleist and for all of us as well!!!

    Why Titleist?

as a junior Tiger came out using Titleist, so natrually when i could afford to buy my own clubs i said i am going to use Titleist! and even though Tiger doesnt any more i am all titleist!! from driver to footjoy golf shoes
  4. I appreciate the approach that the market doesn't need new clubs every 6 months like two other big brands. How do you ever get used to your clubs when you are dangled a new carrot before you even get used to your current equipment. It does make my blood pressure rise......
  5. There’s a handful of companies in the US that just have that brand loyalty. It’s almost family like. These companies build a quality product, and stand behind those products. Without a doubt one of those companies Is Titleist.

No1 brand for a reason, we love and trust in the product that Titleist sell.
It’s a number of things, the testing, from start to finish of a new product, the time the changes made to make the next iron, driver, wedges better than the last models. ️‍♂️

Boy what a great bunch of responses. Chuck was right, well said. Also Titleist is good to their customers for their loyalty. I've gotten small rewards from Titleist, both from corporate and from the area reps, all for being a loyal customer for many, many years. It's nice to have your loyalty appreciated by the company you do business with.
  8. Always played Titleist balls from the get-go, but after getting fitted for a full bag, I am TT all the way!

Craftsmanship has a lot to do with it. They make the best golf equipment in the world from the top of the bag to the bottom, plus the best balls on the planet. Now is it fit for everyone? That’s debatable, but I love my Scotty and my Pro V1!

Nothing wrong with being obsessive with it. You’re just lucky that Titleist just happens to make the best gear on the market!

Clubs, balls, gear, all top tier that perform to the highest standards. But you can find good product elsewhere, too. What makes the difference to me is outstanding people to support you if needed. The response that I have gotten to issues over the years has amazed me and kept me coming back.
  12. For me Titleist has always represented quality and class that no other brand can compete with. Seeing that name on a hat, a bag or on the back of club meant that they were serious about having the best equipment for their game. All my best golfing moments have been with Titleist gear. Having everything you could need for golf under one umbrella is brilliant too. I have been obsessed with Golf and Titleist for 15 years now and wouldn't change a thing.
  13. I was looking for new irons and tested all of the premium brands. For some reason I hit the t300 not as good the first go around but gave a pass for some reason. Then did some research on the top three I liked.
The titleist side was so impressive and the info that they had on the T200 sold me. I am an engineer and loved the tech that they were providing.

Got fit for T200s. Then saw the faster/farther videos. Made me need to complete the top end of my bag with Tsi2 driver and 3 wood.

Just face it titleist is titleist the brand speaks quality.

For me it started with the Scotty Cameron community if I can be honest. Prior to last season the only Titleist associated equipment I had were Cameron putters and Vokey wedges. Have played both of them for many years. As I attended Cameron events, I was playing golf with guys that only had Titleist equipment, which wasn't an issue - for me or for them. 2 years ago at an event, there was another lefty in my group that had a full bag of Titleist gear, he let me swing his driver and it piqued my interest a bit. Last year I was able to play in the TT American Dunes event (the event was spectacular!) and was able to try some additional equipment. At the end of the season here in Michigan my 3 wood needed replacement and I went with the TSi3. It came down to the TSi3 and another manufacturer. The performance was similar, but I had heard some complaints about the other brand/model, finally the tipping point for me was the entire community that is Titleist. So much so that I ordered a set of T100 Black irons and can't wait to put them in play. And hopefully can become more involved on the boards here at Team Titleist.

For me growing up the best players always played Titleist until they left for more money like Tiger, Rory, and Phil. I used to think I wasn’t good enough for Titleist and then I demoed and got fitted for combo set of AP2/AP1 and now t200s. I also like that they do not come out with new stuff every year like other brands. I feel their quality control and customer service are the best and of course there really is only one ball to play. However I am nervous that the fitter I’ve been using the last 5 years is no longer listed for fittings in my area

I have always associated Titleist with top tier equipment. I had some DCI 990's and loved them. I bounced around a good bit and try different brands from time to time but at the end of the day I always end up back with Titleist. Just did a bag overhaul this year and am excited about it. Wish there were some good arm lock scotty's but I have not found any. I plan on venturing out to the arm lock world this year and see if it is all what it is cracked up to be. I am loving the new TSR line up of Woods and my black T100's are coming in to replace my black AP2's. Titleist to me has a classy timeless look and the feel is up there with the best of them. Love the brand and quality overall just wish that common items like tees (I know it sounds silly) would be available to us though. I have gotten tees before at a TT event but there was like 6-12 in there and they did not last through the round.
  17. I think this forum is a great example of "why Titleist?" So many ardent brand enthusiasts with so many different reasons to love the brand.
I am a bit late to the game with Titleist clubs in the bag but have been playing Titleist balls forever. The switch to Titleist equipment has made a world of difference in my game. All of the research Titleist does before rushing to market with the "latest and greatest" really shows up on the course.
  18. After receiving hand me down clubs I decided to buy my own Scotty Cameron. After that I knew Titleist was my brand. I will be getting new T100's this year and I know I will never switch brands. and there is a reason the Pro V1 is the best ball in golf.

It should be, why not Titleist. They care for their consumers more than any other brand in my honest opinion. They’re products are the best on the market, again in my opinion, I’ve never had a bad experience with any product I’ve purchased with Titleist branding on it. The ball is the unequivocally the best on the market and to be quite honest the benchmark for the game of golf.
