Don’t forget to take two or three plain uncharted aspirin in case you or a playing partner develops symptoms of a heart attack. A good had a heart attack earlier this year. He survived in part because there was a doctor in his group that recognized the symptoms and got him off the course and into an ambulance. First thing they had him do was to chew a plain aspirin to quickly thin his blood.

Liquid IV is great! I've tried a lot of different electrolyte supplements and this one works best for me when it comes to keeping hydrated.

Advil, Tylenol, and some Tramadol. The older I get, the more I add to the bag. I would rather have it in there and not need it, than to need it and not have it. A good roll of sports tape as well (know that isn’t medicine, but sure helps if you get a blister !

Being an amputee I carry a little bit more than just a few Tylenol and a few bandaids..... Allen keys, Lock-tite a tide pen, alcohol wipes, extra insulin needles... you know the basics. LOL
