  1. Since switching over to the MBs I’ve noticed more consistency, better ball flight, spin control. With that being said my lowest this year was 69 (-3). Play at a 2 and that’s about my average round. 74-75

Low round this year is a 76 ( my last round played). Hoping to keep the trend going this week.

Lowest round so far is 74, that was about 3 weeks ago…still keeping it under 80 but would like to scare par again! I just switched to t100 irons last week and played two rounds with them and they are fantastic.

74 with my T200 (2019). Just received my new T200 3G (2023). Headed to play first round with them today. Update coming.
  5. 79 finally didn't shoot 80 or 81. Hope to get a bit lower however, best ever was pair of 73s.

I shot a 79 and broke 80 for only the third time earlier this year, but currently I’m struggling off the tee and my handicap is going the wrong way
  7. My lowest was 76 during my first tournament of the year. Getting back into tournament golf and trying to improve consistency.
  8. A level par 71 is my best this year but overall this has been my best year, just hope it continues.

On a bit of a heater for me right now. 77 at The Reserve South in Hillsboro, OR, and a 79 at Burlingame Country Club in Burlingame, CA.
  10. I've been struggling since falling and hurting both knees and my left shoulder 2 years ago. Knees now back to normal and my shoulder is 90%. Over the last 2 weeks, I'm finally able to hit my driver as far as I did before my fall. Every year, I have one day where it all comes together and that happened to me this week, although not for the entire round. I bogeyed three of the first 5 holes, so thought I was going to have a terrible day. But I righted the ship on the 6th hole, just missing a birdie putt by leaving it 1 inch short of the hole. Can't explain why, but starting on the 9th hole, all of a sudden, I started hitting every ball on the sweet spot and dead straight. I birdied 5 of the last 10 holes and had another birdie putt stop on the lip. Shot 71 for my best round in over 5 years. I turned 70 two days later, so almost shot my age!

I played a personal 2 ball scramble (just me playing 2 balls from best location) January 4 2023 in Michigan! I shot a 59. AND yes it was for 18 holes - funny boys! Never came close to that number before. Temps in low 40’s, breezy, and no pins in holes. Only 21 putts with 2 eagles at Meridian Sun in Haslett, Michigan. I was 69 at the time (now 70) so bested my age by 10. Also have a witness (he shot 71). I did not know until after the round when we went into clubhouse and added it up.

A 73 and a few 74s in my GHIN right now. Play out of Trophy Club Country Club (Ben Hogan/Arthur Hills) in Dallas area and Glacier Club in Durango, CO. Both my boys play to a similar handicap which makes for a great time on the course when we can get together! Played a lot as a younger junior golfer and in my 20s and set golf aside while my kids were growing up. Playing my best golf in my early 60s. My TSR2 driver has truly been a big part of it - I hit this driver straighter and more consistently than any other driver I have used. I don't like to overuse the term "game changer" but this club has been a real asset to my game. Wouldn't mind trying out the Titleist irons but my last fitting took 2.5 hours and we used the entire time. Any comments from similar handicappers? Using the 7-iron test, my MLM says I hit it around 170.
  15. One of my goals has been to shoot my age. I turned 73 in May. I missed by 1 shot in 2021 and 2022. In early July at the Hyannisport Club (par 71) had 3 birdies on the front 9. I was trying not to think about my score but that was hard to do. When I got to 18 I had to make a par to shoot 73. My approach shot ended up 35 feet from the hole. I left my approach putt 4 1/2 feet short.
Thankfully my next putt went right in the middle. I haven’t had a great year with my ball striking but that 73 made my year.

Lowest Rd this year in June was a 69 in senior club championship. That being said late summer and fall is the matchplay for the open div club champ. Hoping for some solid play thru the matches. Staying focused on the process and the results will come.
  17. My wife and I are both 80+ and love golf.....we just played our 34 round this year. Last year, we did 52, playing into Nov.....in MN that is a challenge.
My best round this year was a 38, with one birdie and 5 pars.....
Golf kept us sane through Covid!

My lowest was 77 at Harmon golf in Rockland MA. Best was at Lucero golf &country club in Boquete Panama Shot 80. Played from the white tee 72.8/142. Had never seen or played here before and lost 2 balls. If you ever come to Panama, it is a must play. No way you can walk here. Could be 50-100 yards between green and tee box. strait up or down hill but a lot of beautiful sean
  19. Shot a one-over 73 today. Lowest score this or any year by 3 strokes. Couldn’t do any wrong with my TSR2 driver, Vokey wedge, Scotty putter and ProV1 (2021) ball.
  20. In addition to an almost perfect day for golf, I had my absolute best round ever last week. At my favorite county course (Dretzka Park) and playing my new favorite ball (AVX) I shot a one under par 35 on the front nine!!! Hit seven of the nine GIR had 15 putts. Fantastic front nine. Of course, on the back nine (don't know if it was over confidence or just getting tired) I shot a more typical 42. Probably doesn't sound like much for the single digit handicappers out there, but for a 69 year old - once a week golfer shooting a 77 is my best round ever. Thanks Titleist and the AVX for giving me a great day.
