I’ll buy wedges and fairway woods off the rack. But for everything else, I’ll get fitted.

I haven’t had a club fitting yet. I may try it before next season.

I allways get a fitting with a new club no matter if it is a wedge or a wood
Just a rule i have.
Also you know it is the right fit just like a glove️

Always. I want to make sure the tech confirms what I need and what I am expecting to gain from the purchase. A couple years ago I had my eye on a 5 wood, but my fitter showed me that the distance gap I wanted was already being covered by other clubs in my bag.

It’s difficult to find a Titleist club fitter in western Montana so I am not always able to.

At this stage, after years of getting fitted, I know my spec's pretty well. Now it's more about proper shaft selection for a particular club under consideration. That said, I do want to go through a full putter fitting, as that is one area where i believe I can still find significant improvement.

No... A lot of the time I go for price but this hasn't always paid off as shaft weight and flex hasn't worked out...

I had a fitting at Woburn, it was a great experience and completely changed my view on golf clubs and their matching to the player. I'm going back every year for updates!

Always, and even more so a full bag fitting. It's helped my game so much.

Have been fitted for driver, woods and irons several times. I have over looked the wedges way too often, that will be my next fitting. Think I am missing out for sure on that. Shaft flex and bounce overlooked.

I'm a 13 handicapper. A friend told me a fitting would not help me or anyone like me because I don't have the same swing from day to day or round to round. Another friend with a similar handicap got fitted and his game went noticeably downhill.

I think a lot of it depends on what fitter you have access to. Titleist has some of the best fitters in the industry, however they also have some fitters that treat it like a regular job. I live in OC and I have been through the fitting process at TPI and I have been thru a Titleist fitting at my local club. They are night and day difference. I completely understand that at TPI they have access to more shafts and technologies, however it's also a mindset on how the fitter approaches the fitting. Titleist isn't just a golf brand; it is a lifestyle brand for those who appreciate the very best. All Titleist fitters need to treat it as such. Getting fit for and using Titleist equipment is so much more about just launch and spin numbers. It's about the process as well as the brand. Titleist fitters should be more inclined to not only discuss numbers but the brand itself. People should know that when you get fit for particular specs you are going to get those exact specs. The quality control at Titleist is off the charts good. It is without question the industry leader.....and it's not close. Presentation has to be another focal point. How they present themselves is vital to the process. When Titleist fitters are wearing brands other that Titleist or Footjoy it tends to stand out like a sore thumb. At my local courses I see the Titleist fitters onsite frequently for fitting or demo days, and I cannot tell you how many times their appearance is sloppy and wearing other apparel brands. That should never happen. Titleist and Footjoy are the premier brands in the golf industry and if you are going to represent them on a driving range then represent them properly. What fitters need to understand is that they have the ability to impact a golfer's opinion of your product that can last a lifetime. The goal of the fitter should always be to impact a golfer's opinion of the Titleist brand through the fitting process as well as the professionalism demonstrated throughout the entire process.

Am 77 now and my numbers have not changed in many years, BUT I alway go see my fitter. With all the variations in shafts that are available to us now and that being the key to a really good fitting, my fitter is my best friend when making a new Titleist purchase. Please utilize them in your club purchases. As we age, our club speed does slow down a bit. Even though we do not want to acknowledge it. ha...ha...ha... =)

I selected the "Sometimes" option. As many have mentioned, it depends on the club I plan on adding to the bag. I'm comfortable with my wedges and have a good feel with the lofts and grinds that work for me, so when I add a new wedge, I'm usually duplicating what I'm replacing. For new irons and woods, I'm definitely getting fitted...full stop.

I voted NO. The word 'always' is the issue for me. I've been fit, and recently, and my specs are still very much the same as they were 2 summers ago. Im not in a place where fitters (good ones) are readily available. So I will make a purchase based on the information I have from the most recent fitting. Ill go get fit again in another year or so to make sure what, if anything, has changed and by then I'll be looking to get new clubs too. In between I usually just replace a club here or there depending on how old the individual club is in my bag.
