    Risk vs. Reward!! Can you help me determine which wedge shot is more reliable in different situations around the green?

    I play course # 2 at Pinehurst on a regular basis. The lies around the greens are very tight and often into the grain. Currently I putt more than chip due to the lies and elevated green surfaces with a lot of movement once you get on them. Other than putting (which is my go to method), I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on the techniques and wedges that work best in these situations.
